Pete Davidson spotted with daughter Scottie after ex Elsie Hewitt's single-mom claims
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Comedian and actor Pete Davidson was recently seen spending time with his daughter, Scottie, weeks after his ex-girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, opened up about the challenges of parenting following their breakup.
His appearance with Scottie has drawn attention amid ongoing public discussion about the former couple's co-parenting arrangement following their split in mid-May 2026, roughly five months after welcoming their daughter.

The 32-year-old was photographed pushing Scottie in a stroller during a visit to a park. Dressed casually in a sweatshirt, white pants, and black sunglasses, he appeared to be enjoying one-on-one time with his daughter.
The sighting came shortly after Hewitt posted a series of TikTok videos documenting her day-to-day life with their daughter. In one video, she spoke candidly about the realities of caring for a young child, sharing details about sleepless nights and the responsibilities of motherhood.
The duo welcomed her in December 2025. However, the couple ended their relationship last month, only a few months after becoming parents. Since the split, Hewitt has frequently shared updates about motherhood on social media, giving followers a glimpse into her daily routine with their daughter.
She revealed on Instagram Stories that she was looking for an assistant or nanny to help manage her responsibilities. Explaining her situation, she wrote, "I have a baby to take care of. I have to work and make money," and added, "I'm doing it on my own, which is hard."
The former model also confessed that she indeed looks very tired, but she couldn't help it as she suffers from insomnia. "I don't know how to get rid of the eye bags because I don't sleep," she explained.
She further revealed that she hadn't expected the photographers to photograph her while she was out shopping. "I should have known that that was gonna happen," she said, noting she wished she had "left the house looking nicer."
Pete Davidson gets support from friends amid co-parenting claims
Her comments led to speculation about Davidson's involvement as a parent. However, a source close to the former couple disputed suggestions that he was absent from Scottie's life. According to the insider, he has continued supporting both Hewitt and their daughter financially, covering expenses including rent, living costs, and health insurance.
The source maintained that despite the end of the relationship, the comedian remains focused on ensuring that both mother and child are cared for: “They may have split, but all he wants is for Elsie to be happy and in a good place."
“His main priority right now is making sure that Elsie and Scottie are looked after, so it’s utterly confusing to everyone who knows them why she would possibly post anything about him not supporting her,” they continued.
They added, “Obviously, they have had personal disagreements, and there has been a breakdown in the relationship, but he is fully committed to being a good dad.” A source also told Page Six that Davidson, who has been open about his mental health struggles, has been receiving strong support from his comedian friends and is doing well following his breakup from Hewitt.
“The support he’s gotten from people has been great. Everyone at the [Kevin Hart] roast, his friends. He’s getting tons of support,” they said.
