Bahbah, known for her distinct artistic signature, has leveled accusations against Gomez, alleging that the pop star's recent music video 'Love On' bears striking similarities to her work.

In a candid Instagram post, she referenced a previous incident when Gomez's 'Back To You' music video drew comparisons to Bahbah's distinct aesthetic in 2018.

"On Friday morning, I woke up to a text from friends being like, 'Um, have you seen Selena Gomez's music video 'Love On'? She's ripping you off again'," shared Bahbah, expressing her dismay.

Bahbah's accusations delve deeper as she alleges that Gomez's 'Love On' video not only mimics her artistic style but was also filmed at the same location as two of her short films, 'I ____ YOU' and 'Untangled'. 

The similarities extend beyond the setting, as Bahbah pointed out specific shots in the video that bear an uncanny resemblance to her own work, including scenes of Gomez dancing on a table, lounging on a couch, and sipping coffee in a robe – all strikingly familiar to the artist's directorial choices.

Compounding the artist's frustration is the fact that she had to temporarily disable the comments section on her Instagram post due to an influx of "hateful things" from Gomez's fans.

In the wake of these allegations by Bahbah, the Internet was quick to criticize Gomez.
