While celebs undergo the knife for cosmetic reasons, for some it could be a medical requisite. Various procedures are available to enhance eyes, cheeks, face or lips and sometimes the nose in particular. Though most of them prefer to keep it a secret, few are quite open about it. 1. Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer Aniston shared in 2007 that she went under the knife to get her nose fixed because of “a deviated septum”. At the time, she reportedly said, “I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years.”
2. John Stamos
John Stamos in his book, ‘If You Would Have Told Me: A Memoir’, reportedly admitted to having done a nose job. The actor said, “Everyone who gets a nose job tries to find some excuse other than vanity, but let’s call it what it was — vanity.” In his book he mentions how he decided to get two nose jobs early in his career. “Fixating on my nose is beginning to detract from my performance. Plus, the early years of bullying . . . have me ready to make a change,” he had written.
3. Lisa Kudrow
The ‘Friends’ star reportedly shared some years ago that a nose job was “a good, good, good change” for her. She added, “I went from, in my mind, hideous, to not hideous. I did it the summer before going to a new high school. So there were plenty of people who wouldn't know how hideous I looked before.”
4. Khloe Kardashian
In 2002, Khloe Kardashian tweeted on X that she got a nose job done and she loved it. She also asserted, “Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”
5. Bella Hadid
Bella Hadid’s experience with a nose job was not good as she reportedly revealed in 2022, “I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors. I think I would have grown into it.” The model revealed in 2022 that she often felt she was “the uglier sister” in comparison to Gigi Hadid and so at age 14 she underwent rhinoplasty to change the feature.

Cardi B reportedly once shared, “I did fillers on my nose in 2019 and that s**t f**ked my nose up. When you see things on Instagram, it makes sense. But fillers made my nose longer. It got wider, and I'm like, ‘Oh my gosh, what the f**k? I f**ked up my nose.’” The rapper then reportedly had a rhinoplasty to get her “f**ked up nose” fixed.
7. Jax Taylor
Jax Taylor reportedly underwent multiple surgeries on his nose. He disclosed, “The reason I've gotten so many is not because the doctor was terrible but because I'm an idiot and I didn't listen to my doctor. I was filming at the time. I did everything that I wasn't supposed to do.”
8. Iggy Azalea
In 2015, Iggy Azalea admitted to getting a nose job done and reportedly said, “I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame.” Also last year, she added, “I liked my body before. I liked my face before and I like it now. I like myself, I never didn't. I never hated myself.”

For Kaley Cuoco, the “best thing [she] ever did” was reportedly a nose job and a breast enhancement operation. “As much as you want to love your inner self...I’m sorry, you also want to look good," she added.

In 2021, Ashley Tisdale spoke about her nose job that she got done because of her deviated septum. She reportedly said, “At the time, it didn’t feel like THAT big of a deal to me because the decision was based on serious health issues I was having. To be clear, it was not about changing my appearance. After several doctor’s visits about my health issues, they also suggested shaving my 'bump' down. I was young and didn’t put much thought into it, so I decided, why not? It wasn’t a big deal to me nor was it like I was dreaming of the day I’d get a nose job,” the actress had shared.
