The Trump family, with their multimillion-dollar business empire, is known for its extravagant lifestyle, and some plastic surgeons remember them for spending quite a bit on cosmetic enhancements. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Gary Motykie disclosed that the Trump family members have spent almost $1 million on numerous cosmetic procedures over the years. However, it should be noted that the surgeon hasn't overseen or performed procedures on any member of the Trump family, and his assessment is based solely on his expertise. "They've seen their parents do it, and they know the process. And they've seen you can stay natural and not overdo it [with cosmetic surgery], so they are more likely to visit us," told Dr Motykie to Daily Mail. Aesthetic enhancement procedures, including face lifts, hair transplants, nose jobs, and Botox, have cost the family a monstrous amount. Here's a look at some Trump family members who have allegedly undergone pricey cosmetic surgeries and treatments.

The family patriarch himself estimatedly spent a significant amount on hair transplants. Donald Trump, known for his blonde hair, had a noticeable receding hairline during his youth. However, in the early 2000s, his bald areas were not visible, unlike before. According to Dr Motykie, the real estate mogul has undergone multiple types of hair surgeries, including moving forward the hairline and utilizing the flap technique, where bald areas are covered with patches of hair-covered skin. Another hair loss expert, Dr Gary Linkov, indicated Trump might have had five hair transplants to resolve the thinning hairline. Dr Motykie said the ex-president might have spent $80,000 on his hair procedures and another $80,000 on veneers to improve the appearance of his front teeth.

2. Melania Trump: $50,000

Former First Lady Melania Trump has allegedly undergone fewer plastic surgeries than others in her family. Dr Motykie said that the former model did not appear to have undergone a facelift or browlift but noted that her nose looked different. "Noses don't typically get smaller as they get older, they get bigger — but hers is definitely smaller and more defined, so I am very suspicious for at least one rhinoplasty [a nose job]," said the plastic surgeon. He remarked that Melania, however, was doing a lot of maintenance work with fillers on her mid-face, cheeks, and lips along with Botox. Many noticed that she looked more wide-eyed during last month's Republican National Convention. But the former fashion model, in 2016, denied having any plastic surgeries, saying she was "against" Botox and fillers and that her changes were because of her healthy lifestyle. According to Dr Motykie, Melania spent around $45,000 to $50,000 to achieve her current look.

When Ivanka Trump appeared for her father's civil fraud trial In New York in November 2023, speculations were raised about her having plastic surgery. As per Dr Motykie, the 42-year-old apparently had a nose job and a chin implant. "You can see sort of a transition [in her face], particularly in the nose and the chin area for me," said the plastic surgeon. He added that the elder Trump daughter had at least one rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, and fillers in cheeks, lips, and midface, along with Botox. She also might have used veneers to make her teeth appear whiter. Ivanka's photos from 2020 and 2023 show significant differences as her chin and nose now look smaller, along with fuller lips. Her surgeries are estimated at $50,000 for her face and another $80,000 for veneers.

The eldest Trump sibling's recent pictures displayed his sparkling white teeth, indicating the use of veneers to enhance the appearance. Dr Motykie told Daily Mail, "I think all of them — Donald, Ivanka, Donald Jr — I think all of them look suspicious at some point for having their teeth done, maybe even Lara. And there's nothing wrong with that." Veneers for an entire mouth would cost between $50,000 and $80,000. The 46-year-old Don Jr, however, had not apparently undergone any cosmetic surgeries.

Ivanka's husband, Jared Kushner's youthful face at 43 could be attributed to cosmetic treatments. According to exas-based plastic surgeon Dr Raja Mohan, he might have used Botox on his forehead to reduce wrinkles. "He also looks older and more gaunt [in later photos], like he lost volume or weight — possibly from his thyroid surgeries and aging. To compensate, it appears he may have had fillers (cheek and lips). His upper lip has more volume, and his cheeks look more prominent," added the surgeon. Each Botox treatment costs $400 to $700 and filler $500 to $1500, leading to an annual cosmetic maintenance cost of $5,000.

6. Kimberly Guilfoyle: $85,000

Kimberly Guilfoyle is yet to become a full-fledged part of the Trump clan as she is currently engaged to Don Jr. Her appearance at the 2024 Republican National Convention stirred speculation about her major facial difference. According to Dr Motykie, she had seemingly "dabbled" in some procedures to enhance her face. The 55-year-old's cheeks looked plumper than earlier, and she also appeared to have fuller lips. "She lost a lot of weight," said the surgeon, adding, "And when you lose weight when you are older, you tend to look gaunt. But this isn't the case with her, which makes me suspicious of filler — which has been used to make her cheeks much fuller." With an estimated cost of $5,000 per year for fillers and $80,000 for veneers, she allegedly spent at least $85,000 to maintain her looks.

7. Tiffany Trump: $100,000

The 45th president's fourth child, Tiffany Trump, allegedly has had a nose job, cheek and lip fillers, and veneers. Dr Motykie said the 30-year-old might have also undergone facial shaping. He remarked, "I think she may have done a touch with her nose as well. And possibly the same thing with a little lip filler and facial shaping — just a touch I think in the cheeks to try to balance it out a little bit. But I am suspicious that she may have done a rhinoplasty." According to him, the entire cost could account for up to $100,000.

Eric Trump's wife, Lara Trump, looks entirely different when compared to her earlier appearance. The 41-year-old's face change indicates a nose job, as currently, her nose looks more defined. Dr Motykie suggested she may have had fillers on her cheeks and lips to reverse the age-related changes. The said procedures cost around $60,000, but the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon attributed the final amount to $140,000, adding the cost of veneers.
