‘Absolute Baby’: Megyn Kelly slams Hunter Biden for playing ‘victim’ instead of testifying before Congress
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former Fox News star Megyn Kelly mocked Hunter Biden’s audacious move of defying a Congressional subpoena issued by House Republicans in the matter of an impeachment inquiry against his father, US President Joe Biden.
The Republican chairman behind the impeachment inquiry into Biden said Wednesday they will start contempt of Congress proceedings against Hunter for not participating in his closed-door deposition after he demanded to testify publicly, CNN reported.
Kelly labeled Hunter’s actions childish and called her an “absolute baby” for not respecting the subpoena and speaking publicly about his father.

During her show, Kelly stated that even top attorneys like George Washington University Law professor Jonathan Turley condemned Hunter’s move, calling his actions “stupid”
In his first public statement, Hunter said that he has “made mistakes” but slammed House Republicans for trying to “dehumanize me all to embarrass and damage my father” who had “devoted his entire life to public service.”
Hunter said that the House Republicans “have no shame” for conducting an impeachment inquiry against his father.
Kelly blasted Hunter for his childish approach and said, “Oh my God. I think there’s a psychiatric term for that: It’s called projection. ‘Poor me.’ ‘My dad’s love.’ You are a tax cheat, sir. I’m sorry. That’s what’s happened to you. You exploited the Biden family name.”
She continued, “The American people elected your dad in good faith to that office and then you spent the next several years exploiting it to line your own pocket. That’s what happened. No one feels sorry for you. You absolute baby.”
Hunter defended his father, saying, “Let me state as clearly as I can, my father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with the Chinese private businessman, not in my investments home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist,” as per CNN.
Kelly questioned the “nerve” of Hunter for defying the subpoena and thrashed him for defrauding Americans.
“Can you imagine not paying millions of dollars in taxes, getting paid $80 grand a month by a Ukrainian energy company when you don’t know s**t about energy, cashing all these checks as your Uncle Jim and everybody does the same, and then going out there and having the nerve to play the victim? What a class act,” Kelly concluded.
