WASHINGTON, DC: Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) engaged in a rare exchange with neo-Nazi figure and former Donald Trump dinner guest Nick Fuentes on X, where he has regained posting privileges thanks to Elon Musk.

The confrontation began after Ocasio-Cortez posted a critique of Congress's stance on Israeli government actions, attributing their support to fear rather than genuine agreement with policies.

Fuentes, known for denying the Holocaust and advocating for extreme measures against non-Christians, surprisingly endorsed Ocasio-Cortez's remarks on AIPAC, stating, "AOC is more America First than 99% of Republicans." Responding firmly, Ocasio-Cortez rebuked him, declaring, "You are a white supremacist and I want nothing to do with you nor the world you imagine.

"I believe in a multiracial democracy, one of economic rights, civil liberties, and that affirms the working class and the rights of women and LGBTQ+ people. These are not small differences. They are irreconcilable. White supremacy is a scourge and must be disavowed in all places,” she continued.

Fuentes, who leads the controversial Groyper Army and has been known for his efforts to push conservatism further to the far-right, was recently expelled from a Turning Point USA event where he caused a disturbance by shouting about Israeli influence.

His activities include hosting events to counter CPAC, featuring speeches by controversial figures like Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ). Reports have linked a former aide in Gosar's office to Fuentes and his alt-right network, the Groypers.

The contentious figure also gained attention for dining with Trump at Mar-a-Lago shortly after the former president announced his 2024 presidential campaign. This event occurred as a guest of the anti-Semitic rapper Kanye West, with both later appearing on Alex Jones's InfoWars, where West expressed admiration for Hitler—a recurring theme in Fuentes's rhetoric.

Internet erupts over AOC's exchange with neo-nazi Nick Fuentes

AOC's exchange with Fuentes quickly went viral, sparking a flurry of reactions from users.

A social media user tweeted, "No way AOC is flirting with Nick."

Another added, "Why don't you just not fight with people who are on the same side on a specific issue? Imagine how much more you would get done. AIPAC being opposed from people on both sides is better than just progressives or just certain parts of the right."

"Wow, Nick Fuentes trolled AOC into responding to him," said a user.

"If you’re attracting a certain type, you might want to look inwards and fix whatever is attracting that type. I mean, you guys have a lot in common. You could cry together over sappy rom coms and congressional funding of the Iron Dome," read a tweet.

"You are a white supremacist and I want nothing to do with you!” mocked another.

"Haha! The nationalist loser got rejected," chimed an individual.
