Family member of Aquazia Kennedy raised over $3k on GoFundMe

Leisandra Portlock, a family member of Aquazia Kennedy, successfully raised over $3,000 on GoFundMe to cover the expenses for her funeral.

Portlock wrote, "Hi everyone! Many have heard and many may have not heard. On January 6th, 2024 early morning, our beloved Aquazia Nasha Kennedy aka Nuskiii/NuNu was killed in a tragic car accident. Aquazia was about 33 weeks pregnant with her first child, a little girl Sky’Lynn who she was ready to love and nurture as a mother. Baby Sky made it but is in critical condition and is holding on to dear life but Aquazia took her last breath shortly before her daughter was born.”

Following the explanation of her passing, Portlock urged others to express their love and contribute funds to support the completion of her funeral ceremony.

Portlock added, “Aquazia did not have Life Insurance with her being so young that was the last thing on her mind. So on behalf of her family, I am asking that we get all the help in the world to raise enough money to go towards Aquzia’s funeral/memorial. If you don’t have anything, sending love will be appreciated but if you do, no matter the amount. ANYTHING!! Would help her grieving family so that they can fulfill her in saying their last goodbye."

In his closing statements, Portlock asserted his perspective on Aquazi Kennedy's true character, stating, "Nuskii was very loved and very well known, her death has hit many hearts very hard. Nuskii was full of joy, as they call it the life of the party. It was her mission to make others laugh and smile."
