LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Grande shared that her family still offers her meatballs despite her being a vegan!

During her appearance on the latest YouTube series ‘Hot Ones’, the ‘Everyday’ singer was asked if she had found her "perfect Venn diagram," when it comes to her plant-based diet and her Sicilian-American family’s cooking.

“No, it's so funny because my family always forgets,” Grande responded. Before adding, “I don’t think they forget; I think they don’t want to remember.”

The 31-year-old talked about how her grandmother hardly remembers the singer is vegan, “My nonna always offers me meatballs and I'm like ‘No, thank you, I’m still plant-based,” she told host Sean Evans. 

Ariana has company in her brother Frankie Grande’s husband Hale Leon, who is also plant-based, “I’m not alone, my brother-in-law Hale is vegan, so we have each other,” she said.

The episode of ‘Hot Ones', titled “Ariana Grande Hits a High Note While Eating Spicy Wings,” had several funny moments as the ‘Break Free’ artist continued to take on those spicy hot wings.

Unsure about how she’d do with hot spices, Grande revealed to Evans, about her backup plan, reported People.

“By the way, I’m not coming in proud or cocky or confident. I’m shriveling and weak and honest,” Grande told Evans.

“You came prepared, you handled it,” Evans said on seeing Grande eat the spiciest wing, without much struggle.



 

Frankie Grande on cannibalism rumors against sister Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande's brother Frankie Grande recently defended her against cannibalism claims on TikTok. 

This follows rumors surrounding pop star, Ariana which prompted Frankie to step in and share points to refute the cannibal allegations online.

As per TMZ, the rumors were allegedly created to deter fans from purchasing her concert tickets, especially after she recently announced a mini tour.

He tweeted, “HAHAHAHAHAHA. Wow! This might be the most creative and lowest y’all have ever gone. Reaching new depths daily!”

He also wanted to shine a light on his sister’s achievements, adding, "Listen, I know my sister’s been eating the girls up for years but this a bit extreme! Besides, she's vegan. See you on tour! 🌈.”
