Body language expert claims Jennifer Lopez burying her feelings for Ben Affleck to move on after divorce

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez is immersing herself in work to bury her true feelings for her ex, Ben Affleck, 52, a body language expert has claimed.

Going through a grueling divorce during a promotional tour takes a toll on an individual. Adding to these is the fact that Lopez is currently promoting a film that is partly produced by her estranged husband, Affleck.

However, one of her recent interviews during the ‘Unstoppable’ promotional tour gave away her true feelings. Body language expert Traci Brown revealed to Nicki Swift that the ‘Hustlers’ star took extra care “to avoid specifically talking about” her ex.

Jennifer Lopez avoided talking about Ben Affleck during movie promotion

Just two years after their lavish wedding, Lopez shocked ‘Bennifer’ fans when she filed for divorce from the ‘Argo’ actor on August 20. 

While there have been several reports of her trying to come to terms with her split, the body language expert confirmed that the ‘Jenny From The Block’ singer is working intensely to bury her strong feelings for her ex. 

Recently, a clip from the ‘Unstoppable’ promotional tour has gone viral, where the 55-year-old actress was asked by a reporter to describe Ben Affleck as a producer. 

The reporter asked, "In front of the camera and behind the scenes as well, Ben Affleck described you as spectacular in your performance. How would you describe him as a producer?”

Saying an uninspiring “Thank you,” Lopez paused before her response, and which Brown analyzed as “generalized” instead of something concrete. 

The ‘Hustlers’ star elaborated after a pause, "I would describe all of the cast and everybody behind the scenes as spectacular and wonderful.”

Highlighting the precarious situation, the body language expert claimed, "She doesn't really answer the question," before pointing out, "She starts talking about the cast and everyone behind the scenes.”

Brown continued, “I suppose the producer is behind the scenes. But she makes it much more generalized, preferring to avoid specifically talking about him.”

The expert further suggested that by avoiding answering the questions, Lopez was trying her hard to sweep her intense feelings for Affleck under the rug. 

“We see her eye patterns go defocused quickly. That means she's constructing info,” Brown pointed out, before adding, "Her eyes indicate that she's going into her feelings ... there's info she's leaving out here."

Jennifer Lopez is ‘still obsessed’ with Ben Affleck

Brown’s analysis of Lopez’s struggle to hide her feelings for Affleck came less than a fortnight after an insider claimed that the ‘Shotgun Wedding’ actress is still obsessed with her ex, which is “just beyond unhealthy.”

Talking to In Touch, the source said that Lopez is still not only “totally obsessed with him” but also “finds excuses to swing by his house.”

“She claims to be moving on from Ben, the truth is quite the opposite,” shared the source before noting, “She’s still totally obsessed with him and even has Google Alerts set up for his name, which is just beyond unhealthy.”

“Any time she sees their mutual friends, she steers the conversation to Ben. She often finds excuses to swing by his house, dropping off items just to linger and see what he’s up to,” they added before noting that even her “songwriting sessions all revolve around their break-up and her pain.”
