ORLANDO, FLORIDA: George Anthony, who is implicated in the death of his granddaughter, reportedly maintains that undergoing a polygraph test would exonerate him.

The Anthonys are scheduled to appear in the A&E Network's documentary titled 'Casey Anthony's Parents: The Lie Detector Test,' which is set to air on January 4.

A videotaped polygraph test of Casey Anthony's father aims to uncover answers regarding the notorious and still unresolved death of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony, which occurred over 15 years ago.

In a preview video, Gregory became visibly shaken and emotional while asking about the whereabouts of his granddaughter during the polygraph test.

A recently revealed teaser for the highly anticipated true crime special showcased George, accused by his daughter of misconduct, struggling to provide a clear response.

The question centered on whether he had concealed information about the whereabouts of his granddaughter, who disappeared on June 16, 2008.

The skull was discovered to have duct tape over the jaw area and was found alongside linens and clothing from the toddler's bedroom.

In the preview, FBI Special Agent George Olivo, responsible for conducting the lie detector test, asked, "Did you knowingly conceal Caylee’s whereabouts?"

Initially responding with a simple "No," George began to stutter, elaborating, "I mean, I-I didn’t know where she was at."

"Correct. That’s all I’m asking," Olivo clarified the question, repeating, "So the question again — did you knowingly conceal Caylee’s whereabouts?"

Despite repeating "No," George struggled to provide a clear-cut answer.

"You’re struggling with that one a little bit. Tell me why," Olivo probed, prompting George to admit, "Maybe because it was so close to her house where she was found."

"Right. But think about the times you went out looking for her. Did you know where she was that whole time?" Olivo questioned.

"No," George insisted, prompting Olivo to ask, "You sure?"

"That’s all I’m asking, George," Olivo informed him, urging the grandfather to "pull it together."

Visualizing the woods where she was found, George confessed, "I just was visualizing the woods where she was found. I’m sorry," explaining the difficulty he faced during the lie detector test.

"You’re going to have to compartmentalize as you sit here right now," Olivo advised, reiterating the question. George, visibly emotional, questioned himself aloud, "Did I conceal her whereabouts? I did not know where she was at."

"Why are you struggling with that?" Olivo asked, capturing a visibly emotional George responding, "Aw, man," as per OK! Magazine.

Casey Anthony made accusations of sexual assault against her father, George Anthony, revealing these allegations in the three-part limited series titled 'Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies' on Peacock.

She claimed, "I wasn't feeling that great, and I wanted to lay down, I had her lay in bed with me. I was awoken by [my father] shaking me and asking me where Caylee was, that didn't make sense. She would never even leave my room without telling me. I immediately started looking around the house. I go outside and I'm looking to see where she could be."

She also insinuated that George might have orchestrated Caylee's drowning to cover up allegations of abuse against his granddaughter.

"He was standing there with her, She was soaking wet. He handed her to me. Said it was my fault. That I caused it. But he didn't rush to call 911 and he wasn't trying to resuscitate her. I collapsed with her in my arms. She was heavy, and she was cold. He takes her from me and he immediately softens his tone and says 'It's going to be ok.' I wanted to believe him. He took her from me and he went away," as reported by Pinkvilla.
