LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cher has reportedly clarified that she is not someone who embraces her autumn years.

Cher would 'give anything to be 70 again’

She said, “My mother didn’t mind. But I do. I hate it,” before asserting, “I’d give anything to be 70 again.”

The ‘Goddess of Pop’ also expressed her dismay that her hit song ‘Believe’ was released 25 years ago.

She revealed, “It’s not that amazing, OK? P*****s me – it p*****s the f**k out of me. And you can’t put that out.”

The actress then went on to talk about her memoir, which she is currently working on.

She revealed, “It’s very difficult because I’ve lived too long and I’ve done too many things. And so it would have to be like, an encyclopedia, truthfully.”

‘I got my mother’s voice’

This comes as the Grammy Award-winning singer referred to her voice as “weird.”

Cher stated, “I just never liked my voice that much. If I had my choice, I probably would have another one, but I didn’t get my choice. I got my mother’s voice.”

“It's weird. It doesn't sound like a man, it doesn't sound like a woman. I'm somewhere more in between. I have this strange style,” she added.

‘Going gray is fine for other girls’

The television personality has spoken against aging before.

“And I will still be wearing my jeans and I will still be wearing long hair and I will still be doing the same stuff I’ve always done,” she said.

Cher also mentioned, “[Going gray] is fine for other girls. I'm just not doing it!”

The ‘Burlesque’ star also noted, “The genes in my family are pretty amazing. I don’t know if not feeling old makes you younger.”

“I keep up with the trends. I have lots of young friends. I have old friends too. Honestly, I’m not trying to feel young. I’m not trying to be young. I am who I am. I’m just getting along,” she added.
