LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Arianne Zucker, who played Nicole Walker on the popular soap opera 'Days of Our Lives', is suing the production company Corday Production Inc.

The lawsuit also names executive producer Ken Corday and former executive producer Albert Alarr for sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, TMZ reports.

Arianne Zucker says Albert Alarr sexually harassed her

Zucker claims that Alarr sexually harassed her and other female employees on the show by touching them without consent and making sexual noises and comments.

Zucker says he would make remarks like "love to switch positions" with characters filming mature scenes and made it clear his preference was for violent sex scenes.

She also alleges that Alarr’s behavior was known to other producers, but they did nothing to stop him or protect the victims.

Arianne Zucker reported the harassment to Sony, but Alarr continued to work on the show

Zucker, as per the report, says she contacted Sony, the co-producer of the show, and met with their HR department several times between March 2023 and June 2023 to report the harassment.

However, she claims that Alarr was allowed to continue working on the show, which made her feel “violated and intimidated.”

Alarr was later fired in August 2023, but Zucker believes that this was only a move to “save face” once the allegations against him went public.

She says that when she tried to negotiate a new contract with Corday Productions in October 2023, they gave her a “take it or leave it” offer and refused to negotiate in “good faith.”

Her contract expired in January 2024, which she says amounted to being fired from her job.

Arianne Zucker seeks unspecified damages for the harm caused by the harassment

Zucker is suing for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, negligent hiring and supervision, and wrongful termination, among other claims.

She is seeking unspecified damages for the emotional, physical, and financial harm caused by the harassment according to the lawsuit cited by the publication.

Arianne Zucker first dropped a hint to what was happening at 'Days of Our Lives' in late July 2023.

At the time she posted an Instagram story that read, "It takes time, bravery & courage for things to change. Well ... it's time!" as per Twitter.

Zucker has been a star of 'Days of Our Lives' for 25 years and has also dealt with inappropriate behavior from men in power before.

She was the woman that Donald Trump was going to meet when he was caught on tape making lewd remarks to Billy Bush in 2005 released in October 2016.

Zucker called Trump’s comments “offensive” to women, but said she was not surprised by them given his personality and the entertainment industry according to The List.
