Degrees or Deals: Here's a look at the academic backgrounds of the Kardashians and Jenners
How qualified are the Kardashians and Jenners?
One of the most famous families in Tinseltown is the Kardashians and Jenners. Not only with their beautiful faces, the popular sisters are making enormous amounts of money via their respective ventures and work commitments. Though most of the details about the siblings as well as their mother, Kris Jenner, are well-known by the world, their impressive business sense leads people to wonder if they ever went to business school.
1. Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney Kardashian is the eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and as per reports, she attended Marymount High School in Los Angeles. To complete her degree, she was admitted to Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. However, following her first two years, she shifted to the University of Arizona and received a degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Spanish.
2. Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian also went to Marymount High School, where she was very popular. The SKIMS founder then went on to join an all-girls Catholic school to earn a diploma before getting admitted to Pierce College but she did not complete her degree course. As per reports, the mother-of-four, however, has taken the law degree seriously but failed in her first attempt to pass the First-Year Law Students’ Examination in 2020. She finally passed the First-Year Law Students’ Examination in December 2021 and wrote on Instagram, "OMFGGGG I PASSED THE BABY BAR EXAM!!!! I failed this exam 3 times in 2 years, but I got back up each time and studied harder and tried again until I did it!!!"
3. Khloe Kardashian
Like Kourtney and Kim, Khloe was a student at Marymount High School. But after both her elder sisters passed from the school, she reportedly did not like it there and “forged my parents' names to enroll in Alexandria Academy.” From the untraditional school, the 39-year-old reportedly passed with flying colors. However, she never went to college.
4. Rob Kardashian
Rob took his studies seriously and after completing school, he joined the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He also reportedly planned to do law like their father Robert Kardashian and claimed that he went to the USC Gould School of Law. But the law school in a 2012 tweet said, “News to us. Wish him luck at the law school he's really attending.”
5. Kendall Jenner
Kendall Jenner preferred homeschooling, unlike her elder siblings. Later, she focused on her modeling career instead of a college degree and reportedly claimed, “You talk to people and they say the reason they went to college was to get a job, but I already have a job, so…”
6. Kylie Jenner
Just like Kendall, Kylie also took homeschool classes through Laurel Springs High School. She did not go to college but in an interview reportedly said, “I have done everything to prepare for college, so if I wanted to in the future, I could go at any time. But I'm not planning on going anytime soon.”
7. Kris Jenner
The mother of all the siblings, Kris was a student at San Diego’s Clairemont High School. However, soon after her graduation, she tied the knot with Robert Kardashian and left her studies behind. But still, the matriarch got the opportunity to become Legacy Business School’s “public face and chairman of the board” in 2016 before eventually disassociating herself from the institution following fraud allegations.
