NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Thursday night's, January 18, episode of ‘Hannity,’ former President and leading GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump participated in the first interview since his remarkable triumph in the Hawkeye state.

Securing victory in 98 out of 99 counties, Trump achieved the most substantial margin of victory ever recorded.

During the conversation with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Trump discussed his significant win, the imminent New Hampshire primary, critiqued President Joe Biden's unsuccessful policies, and outlined his plans to 'Make America Great Again'.

Following this, Hannity shared his exclusive detailed conversation with Trump on X, formerly known as Twitter.

However, many people on the Internet took a brutal jab at the ex-POTUS and called him “mentally unstable”.

Donald Trump joins Sean Hannity days before New Hampshire primary

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “.@realdonaldtrump details plan for 'unity' within the GOP and America.”

Hannity posted another tweet which read, “EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Trump Sits Down for First Interview Since Historic Iowa Win [WATCH]. TRUMP: “Within the Republican Party, I want to bring unity and within the nation, I want to bring unity.”

In his interview, Donald Trump ripped Joe Biden and claimed that he is a “threat to democracy".

He told Hannity, “Biden is a threat to democracy, is an absolute threat to democracy, and he’s very dangerous for a couple of reasons.”

Trump alleged that Biden is “grossly incompetent, which is the No. 1 reason” and claimed the president is “actually in his own way".

The former president added, “It’s not him. It’s the people that surround him. You got some very bad people surrounding him at that desk."

He claimed that the people running the Department of Justice are “young, and they’re smart, and they’re communists, and they’re Marxists, they’re fascists, and they’re running this country. They’re running it right into the ground.”

Additionally, Trump talked about his belief that the US Supreme Court will “intervene” and rule in his favor by keeping him on 2024 primary ballots across the nation.

He said the he has faith that the justice on the high court is “not going to take the vote away from the people".

Trump expressed, “We put on three great justices, and you have some other great justices up there, and they’re not going to take the vote away from the people.”

He continued, “You saw in the history of the Iowa primary – it goes back a long time – I won by the most. Nobody’s ever won, as you know … there’s nobody even close. I doubled up and more than doubled up."

In the Iowa caucuses, Trump won 98 of 99 countries and lost one country by one single vote.

He said, “I’m sure the Supreme Court is going to say we’re not going to take the vote away from the people. I don’t think the Supreme Court would do it because … you can’t take the vote. I am leading in every poll. I am leading Biden, but I am leading the remaining Republicans."

He also stated that Supreme Court has “two votes that are very important coming up".

Trump added, “One, as we discussed, we call it Colorado or whatever, but you know, I really believe they’re going to leave the people to vote again. It’s hard to imagine they would do, and most states have already approved it, and as you know, very few states have done that."

He further said, “And I’m not talking about myself. I’m talking about any president has to have immunity because if you take immunity away from the president — so important — you will have a president that’s not going to be able to do anything, because when he leaves office, the opposing party president, if it's the opposing party, will indict the president for doing something that should have been good.”

He used an example of Barack Obama dropping “missiles, and they ended up hitting a kindergarten or a school or the apartment house".

“A lot of people were killed," Trump said. "Well, if that’s the case, he’s going to end up being indicted when he leaves office. He meant well. The missile went in the wrong direction."

Trump also referred to Biden and slammed him saying, “Look at Biden. What would happen to Biden? He’s killed our country with his policies. The border is a disaster. Everything he does is a disaster."

'I want to bring unity'

Furthermore, Trump laid out his plans after Hannity questioned him on why he fights “so hard”.

Trump said, “We had to fight off all of the witch hunts and the scandals…these people what they did – Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine. Fifty-one intelligence agents saying that the laptop from hell was created by Russia, not by Hunter Biden, okay? It was Hunter Biden all the way. They lied to Congress, they lied to everybody. Two impeachments that went nowhere, they went absolutely nowhere.”

He continued as he slammed his candidates, Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, “But I mean, if I were a softer individual – and I’ll tell you something, Ron, DeSantis or Nikki or anybody else, if they were in my position, if they were here, they would have been hit just as hard.”

“These people play tough, much tougher than the Republicans play, and the Republicans have to get tougher. I know Nikki very well, she worked for me for a long time, she would not be able to handle that position. She would not be able to handle the onslaught.”

He further stated that he wants to bring “unity” adding, “With all of that being said, within the Republican Party, I want to bring unity and within the nation I want to bring unity.”

“Unity is going to come from success because when we had this country prior to COVID, and then even after COVID, but especially prior to COVID, the China virus coming in, we had the most successful country ever in history. There’s never been anything like it, what we did.”

He concluded, “And you know, the other side was calling me and they were coming to me. They wanted to talk. It was all coming together. Success will bring everybody under the same tent.”

Internet calls Donald Trump ‘mentally unstable’

After a wide-ranging interview of Donald Trump with Sean Hannity, several X users brutally blasted on the ex-POTUS.

One person wrote, “You want unity? Stand up like a man and show up to a debate. Earn my vote. If not then sit down, shut up, and let real men lead."

Another added, “He doesn’t know or care anything about unity!  It’s always about just him.”

An X user simply ripped Trump, “Trump is mentally unstable. I can't believe that the American people would even consider voting for that man. We have fallen as a nation."

One wrote, “Trump hasn’t had a plan for anything in past 10 years except trying to figure out who will help him pay attorney fees.”

One more user called out Trump, “No I will never unite behind a lowlife piece of trash like Trump  & his MAGA Morons again & will never vote for him again. I don’t want any part of those reprobates period. Trump & lowlife cultist should have thought about what they did to Desantis & his supprters. NEVER.”

Another X user expressed frustration, “Then get on your knees and beg our forgiveness for turning off the economy. Be accountable for ALL your failures.”
