Ogletree admitted he pushed the victim to the ground, but claimed she tried to “smack” him first. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment and had swollen back injuries, the report mentioned.

Ogletree is in his second season with the Colts. He was drafted in the sixth round in 2022 and made his NFL debut in September. He has played in 12 games this season, catching nine passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns.

He also faces a possible suspension under the NFL personal conduct policy, according to the rules the NFL prohibits any form of domestic violence. The policy states that violations will result in discipline “even when the conduct does not result in a criminal conviction.”
Ogletree could be placed on the Commissioner Exempt List because his charges are both a crime of violence and a felony, the two formal charges specifically outlined by the personal conduct policy as reported by the publication.
If Ogletree is placed on the Commissioner Exempt List, he would not be able to practice or attend games, although he would still be paid while the NFL investigates the matter.
