Taking to Instagram, Ellen DeGeneres wrote, "19 years ago today Portia and I started dating, and what better way to celebrate than by answering some of your advice questions. Happy anniversary, Portia."

The first question the duo addressed was how to get more sleep when caring for a newborn. "Condoms," DeGeneres matter-of-factly replied, adding, "Right? No more newborns with the condoms."

"Can you drug your baby?" said de Rossi and humorously answered, "I don't know. I don't have babies."

Then, pretending to be shocked, DeGeneres said, "You don't? Thought you did," making de Rossi burst out in laughter and place her head on the comedian's shoulder.

In addition, the women were asked to provide their top relationship advice. DeGeneres gave de Rossi the lead saying, "Oh, what would you say, love? We have a healthy relationship."

The former actress' advice was to never lie "about anything," and DeGeneres stated, "Ever. Don't ever lie."

De Rossi went on, "Ever. Like, gee, does this sweater look good on me? Not really. You know, maybe go for something else right?"

At that precise moment, DeGeneres, who married de Rossi in 2008, leaned in to examine her wife's attire and said, "Yeah, I would have gone for something else. You should have—."

De Rossi retaliated, "I was about to actually talk to you about the cream," referring to DeGeneres' monochromatic sweater and pants look, adding that "even tiny little white lies" should not be told in a relationship.

Ellen DeGeneres confessed to being "blatantly honest" with Portia de Rossi and others, to which her wife responded, "She will say what she feels. And I always know where I stand."

According to 'The Ellen Show' star, it is crucial to frequently compliment your partner, as she said, "You shouldn't take someone for granted. I tell [de Rossi] she's pretty all the time. I mean, she's not, but...," and burst out laughing.

Subsequently, de Rossi mentioned that DeGeneres compliments her meals, and the comedian mocked her partner's culinary abilities, confirming, "Three of them, yes."

A fan posed an interesting question as they asked if the couple were on the crunchy or smooth peanut butter side. In reply, DeGeneres said, "I'm bi when it comes to peanut butter," as the video came to an end.
