Internet says Buckingham Palace 'subtly trolled' Meghan Markle

The internet was quick to notice Buckingham Palace Shop's timing in promoting their jam.

One user said, “Wait! Did the Palace just subtly troll Ms Montecito?!”

Another user wrote, “I will enjoy the Duchess of Suxxes’ jam before your massed produced slight on her. You show your true colors. I use to respect the Royal Family and know no longer do.”

“Very tacky, low blow, that was entirely immature and unecessary. I thought Buckingham Pakace was supposed to exude class and grace. Guess not,” the third one shared.

The fourth user noted, “The Empire strikes back. (Sorry, someone has to bring that one on)”

“Well played social media team,” the fifth one remarked.

A comment read, “Nicely played, Palace. Nicely played.”

Another one added, “Had she stayed, she could be the one spreading the jam in this post. But alas, she'll just have to settle for blurry, out of focus shots of her swanning around her estate in a ball gown, with not another human in sight. What a life.”
