MIAMI, FLORIDA: Kimberly Guilfoyle, host of 'The Kimberly Guilfoyle Show' on Rumble and former adviser to Donald Trump's 2020 election campaign, faced a backlash on social media as she claimed that the former president wouldn't become a "dictator" if re-elected.

This came in response to Trump's eyebrow-raising comments during an event with Fox News host Sean Hannity, where he declared he would be a dictator only on "day one" of his potential second term.

Guilfoyle, who is engaged to the ex-POTUS' eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, spoke to Newsmax on 'Rob Schmitt Tonight', addressing concerns raised by Trump's critics.

She reassured viewers, stating, "Trump is a man who respects the law, is going to follow it, is going to make sure he has people who aren't political hacks in positions of power and restore the integrity of our governmental institutions."

Defending Trump's 2024 presidential aspirations, Guilfoyle confidently declared, "This primary is over. This is Trump's victory. We're seeing it in poll after poll - Wall Street Journal, CNN, NBC News, The Des Moines Register, Donald Trump has all the momentum in this race, and he's continuing to thrive."

"That’s why he’s been indicted because he 'respects' the law," one noted, while another pointed out, "Lol 91 felony charges, lied about wealth and property size yeah he respects the law, Kimmy."

A person inquired, "Do these people even hear themselves?" Someone else added, "So we are to believe another term in the White House will be completely different from his first? He’s a changed man?"

"So…everything she said is demonstrably, provably, public-record false. Do these people ever hear what they’re saying!?" chimed in one individual.

Notably, Trump clarified his "dictator for one day" comments on Saturday, December 9, during a speech to the New York Young Republican Club.

He asserted, "I didn’t say that. I said I want to be a dictator for one day. You know why I wanted to be a dictator? Because I want a wall, and I want to drill, drill, drill," as per USA Today

Regardless, his comments led to criticism drawing parallels between him and historical dictators, notably Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, due to his recent derogatory remarks about political opponents.

Even President Joe Biden took a jab at Trump during a fundraiser, saying, "Thank God, only one day." Despite such criticism, the former president maintains a significant lead in the GOP field, with polls showing him ahead by 50 percentage points against his rivals.

Kimberly Guilfoyle's bold statements on 'Steve Bannon's War Room'

Guilfoyle further solidified her support for Trump during her appearance on 'Steve Bannon's War Room', asserting that the ex-POTUS will win in 2024.

She said, "The primaries are a pathetic joke and for anyone who asks me, 'Are we gonna have any of these people involved? Let's make a big tent.' No, we only want the best and the brightest."

"Trump is gonna win. Get it together. Get your head on straight," noted Guilfoyle confidently.

She made it clear that Republicans opposing him in the primaries won't find a place in his administration.

The former First Spouse of San Francisco claimed, "None of those people, those fake Republican RINOs [Republican in name only], I'll throw the RNC [Republican National Committee] in there with that, all those people have to go. They're not gonna be part of our team. They suck."

She continued, "We're not gonna reward them. They're traitorous, they're disloyal and they're unqualified. So that's it. I've had enough with all of those people."

Listing individuals she believes should be part of Trump's team, Guilfoyle mentioned Steve Bannon, Kash Patel, Mike Davis, and Alina Habba, among others.

Notably, Richard Grenell, acting director of national intelligence for Trump in 2020, and Patel, a former adviser, were included in her preferred lineup, as per Newsweek.
