MIAMI, FLORIDA: Troubled musician Sean 'Diddy' Combs broke cover on Thursday, March 28, night as he was taking his twin daughters to a Miami golf club amid this week's raids on his Los Angeles and Miami mansions.

The images, obtained by Daily Mail, showed the 54-year-old rapper flashing photographers a peace sign while donning a tracksuit as he exited Top Golf with daughters Jessie and D’Lila, 17.

The apparently casual outing occurred only a few days after Diddy's residences in Miami and Los Angeles were raided on Monday, March 25, as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

Diddy's alleged 'drug mule' arrested at Miami Airport

Brendan Paul, 25, the rapper's purported 'drug mule', was taken into custody at Opa-Locka Executive Airport on Monday, March 25, by Miami-Dade Police and Homeland Security officers.

Paul, a two-year Syracuse Orange men's basketball player, is accused of having possession of cocaine and marijuana in a felonious manner.

Paul was arrested for allegedly possessing marijuana candy and cocaine, per the Miami-Dade Police Department's document.

The former athlete has been referred to as Diddy's "drug mule" in a $30 million lawsuit Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones filed against Diddy.

This is one of the five complaints filed against Diddy since November 2023 claiming that Paul was responsible for "acquir[ing] and distribut[ing] Mr Combs drugs and guns."

Paul of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, is currently being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on two $2,500 bonds, per Daily Mail.

It was unclear whether Paul's arrest had anything to do with the claims made in the complaint or the investigations of Diddy's residences.

Internet reacts

Social media users took to X (formerly Twitter) to slam the authorities for not taking enough action against the troubled rapper, with one claiming, "So the FBI was removing evidence, not searching for evidence. Got it."

Another user echoed a similar sentiment and added, "The Raid was to find and destroy evidence to protect his superiors. Confirmed."

"So the FBI was removing evidence, not searching for evidence.!" exclaimed one user.

A user noted, "It will be interesting to see if anything comes of it. The FBI seems more busy going after soccer moms that take issue with school grooming versus actual traffickers and predators."

"Who gets raided for human trafficking doesn’t get arrested then a couple days later goes golfing like he doesn’t have a care in the world? Seems to me the raid is a cover up to destroy evidence for his superiors," remarked another one.

One more chimed in, "Why hasn't a statement been made on his behalf? This is so odd."

"It was just a false flag to gain attention. Or maybe the FBI was removing evidence rather than arresting him," said another one.

Another one remarked, "it's going to be some months before they make an official arrest"
