SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA: President Joe Biden shared a surprising observation at a Pennsylvania campaign event, which has since gone viral.

He said he often sees young kids, around seven to eight years old, showing him the middle finger as he drives through neighborhoods and rural towns.

Joe Biden’s surprising revelation

Biden was speaking at a campaign event in his hometown when he expressed his shock at seeing yard signs that read “F Biden.”

"I’ve never thought I’d see a time when I’m going through a neighborhood or a rural town that’s in the west and see big signs that have a Trump sign in the middle that says 'F Biden,'" he remarked in a short clip from the speech shared on X.

He added he sees little kids of seven or eight years old, standing with his middle finger.

“Well, I promise, it happens all the time. It’s not who we are,” Biden said, reports The Daily Wire.

Joe Biden’s reason for presidential run in 2020

Biden’s comments about children flipping him off were followed by his explanation of why he decided to run for president in 2020.

He cited the Charlottesville, Virginia, car attack in August 2017 as his motivation.

In this incident, a young woman was killed by a man who drove his car through a crowd protesting a white supremacist rally.

Biden criticized Trump’s response to the incident, saying, “And my future opponent, my present opponent — they asked him what he thought of it. He said there were ‘very good people on both sides.'”

“And I’m going to say something that may sound outrageous to you, but I thought … he’s the antithesis of everything I believe, and I thought I could beat him. And that’s why I ran," Biden stated.

Internet reacts to Joe Biden’s remarks on children showing him the middle finger

The Internet had a field day with Biden’s remarks about children flipping him off.

“First truth he’s told in a long time !!" joked an X user. “This is the best thing I will see today on X. All I can say is BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA,” wrote another.

Referring to his foreign funding, a user wrote, “All children should be giving JB the middle finger!! He has no problem spending their money or sending them to war!”

Others suggested that Biden was paying too much attention to little kids, while some praised the children for standing up to power.

“This is one of the most remarkable self-owns I’ve ever seen,” wrote one more. “It should happen more,” wrote another X user.

One other individual wrote, "Funny, that isn’t how Trump is greeted…” Another wrote, “Even kids know how corrupt this guy is.”

"Sounds like a town that sure raises their kids right," wrote one more netizen. “I wish the little kids could vote,” remarked one more.
