TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA: Vivek Ramaswamy made an unexpected closing statement during the fourth GOP debate held at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa by sharing his stance on the climate change agenda.

After attacking former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley on multiple stances and calling her "fascist" and "corrupt", Ramaswamy’s closing remarks at the debate were incredibly lauded by the Internet.

The entrepreneur made sure to raise the topic of climate change, which was not discussed during the debate, and said that the US is being "shackled" by the "hoax."

Vivek Ramaswamy promises to end 'climate change agenda hoax'

During the closing statements segment of the fourth GOP debate, Ramaswamy divulged on the issue of climate change.

He said, "I use this just to address the topic we didn’t talk about tonight, but I think it is one of the most important topics that needs to be discussed. That is this climate change agenda that is shackling the country like a set of handcuffs."

The entrepreneur continued, "I said it in the first debate and I stand by it, the climate change agenda is a hoax because it has nothing to do with the climate."

"That we have to say. 98% reduction in the climate disaster related deaths in the last century. 8 times as many people are going to die of cold temperatures this year than warm ones," claimed the presidential hopeful.

Ramaswamy added, "Yet, against that backdrop there’s an issue coming up in Iowa, it’s court to Iowa farmers. I met Kim Junker, Kathy Stalkneil, and other farmers, who are about to have a carbon capture pipeline built across their land using eminent domain to do it."

"That’s unconstitutional and it’s wrong if you thought Covid was bad. What’s coming with this climate agenda is far worse. We should not be bending the knee to this new religion. That is what it is. It is a substitute for modern religion," further asserted the 38-year-old GOP candidate.

He concluded, "We are flogging ourselves and losing our modern way of life. Bowing to this new God climate and that will end on my watch. It’s the political issue that’s coming up."

Internet lauds Vivek Ramaswamy's closing statement of the fourth GOP debate

Soon after Ramaswamy shared his closing statement on X (formerly Twitter), several followers rallied around his remarks about climate change.

One wrote, "Its safe to say that Vivek won the debate," and another asked Ramaswamy to "put a fullstop to the climate scam."

"You were amazing as always sir!" said an admirer, while a person chimed in, "Keep it up the truth is what everyone needs to hear."

"Hey Vivek you have to end this woke culture too, people are really wasting their time focusing on unnecessary problems when people sitting at higher command are exploiting the world economy," remarked one, who sees Ramaswamy as a promising presidential candidate.

A follower noted, "This is a brilliant man! Save America and we can save the world! But we need America and a good man like Vivek! He tells the truth  The garbage has to go."

Another person praised, "By using his closing time in the debate Vivek made the most important point about the most unimportant problem we are fighting for. The point is there are more existential problems to worry about at the moment. American can reverse decline."
