'GMA' weatherman Rob Marciano returns to work with scruffy look after being 'banned' from studio
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ weatherman Rob Marciano recently attended an ABC Christmas party sporting a scruffy bearded look.
The 55-year-old who was earlier banned from the studio due to a former scandal was invited to the party at the ABC headquarters.
Marciano shared a collage snap filled with ABC's recent Christmas party to his Instagram Stories timeline, posting after a while on his social media account.

The ‘GMA’ weatherman reshared the snap from ABC News Meteorologist Mel Griffin's Instagram account.
At the bottom of the collage snap were two pics of Mel pictured with other ABC staff. "@abcworldnewstonight holiday party," Mel captioned.
Marciano at the party came as a surprise since he was recently reportedly banned from ABC studios after he "made colleagues feel uncomfortable.”
The ‘GMA’ weatherman was captured standing next to Mel, who was sandwiched in between him and another co-worker.
Marciano was dressed informally, wearing a sweater over a white collared shirt instead of a two-piece suit like he does on-air.
The ‘GMA’ weatherman is renowned for sporting a bearded look and his return to this very look came as a happy surprise for many.
Exploring the reason behind Rob Marciano’s ban from ABC Studio
Multiple sources told PageSix earlier in 2023 that Marciano was banned from ABC Studios after he "made a female colleague feel uncomfortable last year” and a series of "alarming events" occurred.
A second source told the outlet, “He made people feel uncomfortable. There was a period where there were some issues, a number of alarming events.”
The sources didn't expand on what had happened between Marciano and the colleague or which colleague it was.
However, one of them did say that he was dealing with "anger issues" while going through his divorce with his ex-wife, Eryn, last year.
“There were times when [Rob] was very cranky and angry… unsavory behavior on his part. He was pulled off to deal with it and he’s been back," the second source said.
The ‘GMA’ weatherman has now been reporting on weather from outside locations in the past few months.
