The San Diego County Sheriff's Department has launched an investigation through its Missing Persons Unit, but frustration is mounting as the family laments the perceived lack of assistance from the San Diego Sheriff's Department.

The O'Hanlon parents expressed their deep concern for India's safety in a public appeal, opening their DMs for any information or assistance from the community.

Notably, India's Instagram posts showcase a seemingly carefree lifestyle filled with ocean frolics and beach walks. However, her last post from 13 weeks ago hinted at internal struggles, stating, "It’s been a weird one, and I am definitely not OK."

In a recent update on X, O'Hanlon expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support, revealing that they are now in direct contact with the detective handling India's case. "We have provided him with a lot of new information with which to track down where exactly – and with whom — she is," he tweeted.

"To everybody who has responded to our plea for help to locate our youngest daughter, India Delilah, missing and at serious risk in San Diego, my wife's and my profound, heartfelt thanks. We love yous all!' You have restored our hope" the father added.
