In a November 2022 episode of her podcast 'Archetypes', Meghan revealed that she sought Sophie's advice over the years, especially during her pregnancy. However, Sophie's recent comments to The Times painted a different picture of their friendship as the retired Candian TV host stated that while she knows Meghan, they haven't spent much time together.
2. Kate Middleton
At the onset of Meghan's relationship with Prince Harry, she and Kate Middleton seemed to have a close bond. They were frequently seen alongside the royal brothers as part of "The Fab Four." Behind the scenes, Meghan and Kate's relationship seemed less than harmonious, with reports of disagreements, including a particular one during the preparations for the royal wedding in 2018.
