NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Concerns are mounting among Democrats in battleground states over President Joe Biden's declining approval ratings.

There is reportedly growing apprehension that the enduring dissatisfaction with his leadership not only jeopardizes the party's chances in the next presidential election but could also negatively impact candidates running alongside him on the ballot.

Following this news, Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to X (formerly Twitter) to take a brutal jab at POTUS and share this with her 4.6 million followers.

Apparently, several X users also slammed Biden and and called him the “worst politician."

Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to X and wrote, “Biden the Political Drag King…”

Her tweet featured an article from The New York Times titled, “Democrats in Key States Worry Biden Could Be a Drag on Their Races.”

In the article, it was reported that Democrats in key battleground states are expressing growing apprehension over President Joe Biden's dwindling approval ratings.

Their concerns extend beyond potential repercussions for the White House, as they fear a ripple effect impacting fellow Democratic candidates on the ballot.

Additionally, there is a prevailing worry among these Democrats that the Biden campaign is tardy in establishing a robust organization in pivotal states crucial to the upcoming presidential election.

Citing polling data revealing a significant lag for Biden compared to Democratic congressional candidates in these states, concerns heighten, particularly regarding key voter groups such as Black and Latino Americans.

In Arizona, Democratic polls indicate a notable loss of Hispanic voters to former President Donald Trump in Maricopa County, encompassing Phoenix and comprising over 60 per cent of the state's voters.

Meanwhile, in Michigan, where Biden's approval rating trails Governor Gretchen Whitmer, also a Democrat, by a noteworthy 15 percentage points, there has been a decline in support from Black and Arab American voters.

Georgia presents its own challenges, with officials noting a failure in effectively conveying the Biden administration's economic message to voters, partly attributed to Governor Brian Kemp, a Republican, taking credit for numerous state projects.

Following the concerns, Mayor Van Johnson of Savannah, Ga said, “I’m extremely concerned. President Biden is a man of great character. Certainly, he’s a president of great accomplishments. But that is not translating to southeast Georgia.”

Internet calls Joe Biden a 'punkass'

After Laura Ingraham brutally slammed Joe Biden and called him a ‘political drag king’, many people on the internet also went on to mock POTUS.

One person wrote, “Clearly the worst politician in my lifetime,” and another said, “He is a drag on America.”

One more X user slammed Biden adding, “Biden would be a Drag on any race anywherr,” and another wrote, “Biden is a punkass.”

A person simply mocked Biden, “Well, what goes around comes around…”
