NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News anchor Sean Hannity recently claimed that the polls showing President Joe Biden trailing behind former President Donald Trump in the upcoming election are a consequence of the current state of the country. Hannity squarely attributes the blame to the president.

Additionally, Hannity attributed the poor state of the United States to Biden.

Hannity expressed his views on Biden by taking to the platform X (formerly Twitter), sharing a post titled 'Can it Get Any Worse?'

Apparently, several X users backed Hannity and expressed support for his opinion on Biden.

Sean Hannity blames Joe Biden for ‘bad shape’ of US

Fox News host Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “Americans feel ‘betrayed’ by Biden’s policies.”

In Hannity's tweet, he shared a video of his monologue, stating, "There is frankly no other way to put it. America is in rough shape. And Joe Biden, your president, he's pretty much the one person you can blame."

“Now, our soldiers, they are under attack. Biden does little to respond. Cargo ships are targeted by terrorists, while Joe just looks the other way. The southern border has been an unmitigated disaster for three-plus years. And Biden, he just pretends that all is fine,” he added.

He continued, “The economy is in an inflationary nightmare. But the president says it's never been better. But these are just a few of the very serious problems that the president now has to face ahead of 2024.”

“Biden will also need to contend with a looming impeachment proceeding and he has been credibly accused of public corruption. And the evidence of wrongdoing that is substantial. Although the media, as usual, just wants to cover for all things Biden.”

Hannity further exclaimed, “The vast majority of you, the American people, nearly 70%, believe that your president, Joe Biden, illegally and unethically was involved in his son's business deals. Now, that number is only going to get worse with the bright lights of an impeachment proceeding.”

“Sadly, Joe doesn't really seem to have the ability to defend himself. And as Trump said, it's not even clear that Biden even knows he's alive.”

“So today, he looked totally, completely, utterly confused, confounded, unsure of his surroundings yet again at an event in Philly,” Hannity said.

The Fox News host added, “During his brief remarks, Biden failed to address the most pressing issues of our time and instead filled time with one of his very favorite tall tales about his wife, a house fire, and his beloved Corvette.”

He continued to vent on Biden saying, “Bad news for Joe. His trouble with numbers is now extending to poll numbers. Look at Michigan. Joe is losing by a whopping ten points to Donald Trump.”

“Look at a CNN poll in Georgia. Biden is down by five in a hypothetical match-up against Trump. And according to a brand new Wall Street Journal poll, Trump is beating Biden by four points nationwide.”

Hannity concluded by adding, “By and large, the American people feel betrayed by Joe's failed policies. And by the way, I do not believe that he's mentally capable of even carrying out the duties of president. One Democratic pollster cited all these numbers as, quote, 'grim.'”

Internet backs Sean Hannity blaming Joe Biden for the bad shape of the US

Following Sean Hannity's attribution of the United States' unfavorable condition to Joe Biden and his discussion of the president's declining polls, the internet concurred with the host.

One X user wrote, “It is not a feeling. It is an innate knowing. We know he betrayed us,” and another added, “Oh absolutely feel betrayed. I even tried to find out if one can take their vote back.”

One more person slammed Biden adding, “It goes beyond Biden ... I feel betrayed by the Democrat Party, their Supporters & the Mainstream Media,”

Another user simply said, “Worse president in history!”

An X user called out Biden, “Joe Biden has compromised the security of our country, this is the definition of TREASON!!!”

“Yes, it can!!! We will lose total control of our own country!! Soon the American 🇺🇸 citizen will be in the minority and we will be governed by a FOREIGN GOVERNMENT!!” stated another X user.
