WASHINGTON, DC: Hunter Biden's attorneys have threatened to sue Fox News if the network does not remove 'intimate' photos of President Joe Biden's son, the New York Post reported.

Notably, attorneys for Hunter charged Fox of using 'salacious' and 'hacked' photographs in a letter dated April 23 and made public on Monday, April 29.

The six-part series 'The Trial of Hunter Biden', available on the premium Fox Nation streaming subscription, particularly infuriated Hunter Biden's legal team.

Notably, images taken from Hunter's laptop show him nude and in compromising positions with some women, as well as doing drugs. The series is set up as a mock trial of the president's son for charges including violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and bribery.

In her most recent letter, Tina Glandian, an attorney with Geragos & Geragos firm, said that the show "intentionally manipulates the facts' to make it difficult for viewers to discern what is genuine."

The lawyer claimed that the use of the X-rated photographs and other photos was for trade and advertising, and it just exploits Hunter Biden's name, image, and likeness for Fox's commercial profit, whereas 'The Trial of Hunter Biden' was "intended solely as entertainment and not as news".

Glandian wrote, "Mr Biden is the exclusive rights holder of the copyrighted material … including but not limited to … the intimate images … that have been published without authorization on Fox Nation’s ‘The Trial of Hunter Biden. We hereby demand that FOX expeditiously remove and disable access to any and all intimate images of Mr. Biden from 'The Trial of Hunter Biden'."

The letter further charged that Fox News had inappropriately expanded upon allegations made by an indicted former FBI informant that Hunter Biden and his father had taken $5 million in bribes from Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings.

They took it in exchange for aiding in the ouster of Viktor Shokin, the then-prosecutor general of Kyiv, and quashing his investigation into Burisma in 2016, the news organization added.

Notably, Special Counsel David Weiss charged Alexander Smirnov, the informant, in February on claims that he had lied to his FBI handler regarding contacts he had with a Burisma official, which served as the foundation for the accusations made against Joe and Hunter Biden.

Internet slams Hunter Biden as his lawyers threaten to sue Fox News

Several internet users slammed Hunter Biden as his lawyers threatened to sue Fox News if the network does not remove 'intimate' photos of the president's son.

A social media user wrote on X, "Dirtbag," while another added, "So Hunter finally admits the laptop was his!" One person also stated, "If Hunter was anybody else, he would be rotting in a jail cell."

One person said, "Hahaha! Hunter is a joke," whereas another mentioned, "Why isn’t he in jail?" One individual wrote, "Well maybe he shouldn’t have put it on his laptop to begin with and left it in a shop."

One person said, "This is awesome. This will bury Biden."
