The arrest took place at 4 am ET after GloRilla made an illegal U-turn at a red light, prompting law enforcement to intervene. Reports indicate that her car emitted the scent of alcohol and marijuana, but she chose not to disclose her consumption levels.

Despite claiming her ability to drive, GloRilla failed a subsequent field sobriety test administered by officers. Notably, she declined to undergo a breathalyzer test, leading to her arrest.

During the arrest process, a peculiar incident occurred. As the officer informed GloRilla of her failed sobriety test and her refusal to take a breathalyzer, he noticed a wardrobe malfunction - her breast had inadvertently slipped out of her dress.

The rapper was reportedly unaware of the incident until it was brought to her attention.
