The arrest took place at 4 am ET after GloRilla made an illegal U-turn at a red light, prompting law enforcement to intervene. Reports indicate that her car emitted the scent of alcohol and marijuana, but she chose not to disclose her consumption levels.

Despite claiming her ability to drive, GloRilla failed a subsequent field sobriety test administered by officers. Notably, she declined to undergo a breathalyzer test, leading to her arrest.

During the arrest process, a peculiar incident occurred. As the officer informed GloRilla of her failed sobriety test and her refusal to take a breathalyzer, he noticed a wardrobe malfunction - her breast had inadvertently slipped out of her dress.

The rapper was reportedly unaware of the incident until it was brought to her attention.

After being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, GloRilla encountered legal issues once again.

The incident, which also led to charges related to possessing an open alcoholic beverage container, occurred in Gwinnett County, Georgia, in the early hours of April 16.

GloRilla was taken into custody by law enforcement around 6:12 am ET. However, she was later released on bond, marking a temporary resolution to the situation.

This isn't the first time the rapper has encountered legal issues, as she previously revealed serving jail time for an undisclosed offense during an appearance on Cornbread TV. Despite acknowledging this, the details of the crime remain undisclosed.

Among the rumors that have surrounded GloRilla's past, one particularly absurd claim alleged that she served three years in prison for stealing boxes of cereal from KMart.

In 2023, GloRilla took to social media to mock these unfounded rumors, emphasizing the risks of believing misinformation spread online. Her tweet rebuked those who propagated the rumor and urged followers to be discerning in what they believe.

"You h**s really sat y’all a*s up there & believed I went to jail for 3 years for stealing cereal," she tweeted in 2023. "Dats why you h**s hearts be in y’all a*s today because y’all believe whatever a n***a tell you,” she wrote.

"Dats da reason you N****s be taking care of kids dats not y’all’s till they 12 because you believe whatever a ho [sic] tell you!" she added.
