Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corinne Foxx calls Joe Hooten her 'forever' as she announces their engagement
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a heartwarming Instagram post on Sunday, December 17, Corinne Foxx, the daughter of Jamie Foxx and Connie Kline, announced the joyous news of her engagement to Joe Hooten.
The post, a carousel of enchanting black-and-white pictures of the couple showed Hooten popping the question.
Who is Joe Hooten?
As per Hooten's Coverfly profile, he grew up in the Southern United States and is an award-winning writer and television executive and is currently employed at John Wells Productions.
Based in Los Angeles, California, Hooten's profile explained he is passionate about "telling emotional, provocative stories, often following unseen heroes or underdogs."
Hooten graduated as a first-generation college student from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2015.

When did Corinne Foxx meet Joe Hooten?
Although the exact inception of Foxx and Hooten's relationship has not yet been disclosed, PageSix reported that the couple crossed paths at the University of Southern California in 2018.
In September 2019, Foxx gave her followers a quick look into her relationship with Hooten as she shared a picture on social media that featured herself with Hooten at a horse stable.
"Spent the weekend with a couple of studs 💕🐴🏔," she captioned the picture.
Throughout the years, she has selectively offered insights into her private life with her now-fiancee which included an Instagram post that celebrated their journey so far.
The shared photograph showcased the couple looking at each other with affection.

"You are a perfect example of what being in love is…. You care about each others life mental and physical… and you have each other’s back… congratulations on your engagement," began the Oscar winner's post.
"@joe.hooten when you whispered to me a while back that you were gonna ask my baby girl to marry you I had tears of joy in my soul… 🙏🏾❤️ and @corinnefoxx you have… and have always had a special place in my heart… you deserve love abundantly… so again congratulations you too," the 'Ray' star said of Hooten.
