FOLLY BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA: The driver charged with mowing down newly-wed Samantha Miller on her wedding night, has started initiating plans for her own nuptials in a tearful jail phone call with her father and boyfriend, as per The New York Post.

26-year-old Jamie Lee Komoroski was three times over the legal blood-alcohol limit when she hit her Toyota into a golf cart carrying newly-wed couple, Samantha Miller, 34, and her husband, Aric Hutchinson, 36, as they left their beach wedding reception in April last year, according to police.

For context, Samantha Miller succumbed to her injuries at the scene and died in her wedding dress.

Now in an emotional call from inside the Al Cannon Detention Center, where accused Jamie is awaiting trial on four felony charges, including reckless homicide resulting in the death of Jamie Komoroski, sobbed as she talked about her future plans with her father.

"I want you to be at my wedding, I want you to walk me down the aisle. I want you to be with me. I want to go on walks with you," she told her to father.

Komoroski, a native of New Jersey, could spend up to 25 years behind bars for the collision on Folly Beach, approximately ten miles south of Charleston, South Carolina, that claimed Miller's life and left three other people, including the groom, gravely injured.

The audio recordings that the Charleston County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) has made public also show that the graduate of Coastal Carolina University told her father that she "hates not knowing" what will happen to her.

Komoroski is still believed to be dating boyfriend Evan Tatro, who has stood by her since the fatal crash.

What did Komorsoki say to her boyfriend?

During a call between the two (Jamie and Tatro) in December, Komoroski gushed praise over how he picked up her mother at the airport while she was in jail and thanked him for his help.

“It means a lot to me,” she told him during one call. “I can’t wait to get a hug from you, oh my gosh, you had just better wear a rain jacket,” she said, referring to how teary she expected to be when they were reunited.

Komoroski told Tatro about her life in jail and mentioned that she frequently takes showers just to pass the time. She also talked about her connection with Tanner, a fellow prisoner, and how they pass the time by watching TV series together, especially 'The Vampire Diaries', and playing Monopoly.

"You can watch TV, play cards or go in the rec yard and there is one medicine ball,” she explained. "I can’t believe its already December honestly, I really can’t. This is the hardest part, you know, so, we’re getting through it. I miss you," she added.

The couple even exchanged “I love you’s” at the end of the call.

Prosecutors allege Komoroski was speeding and extremely intoxicated when she slammed her car into the back of the golf cart carrying the bride, groom, and two wedding guests.

Previously, Komoroski's defense attorneys requested her release on a $100,000 bond, contingent upon her admission to a drug recovery center. They contended that Komoroski posed no threat to the public or flight risk.

However, at an emotional court appearance on August 1, which Miller's mother attended, Judge Michael Nettles ruled that Komoroski must stay in jail until the trial, which is set to begin in March.

Komoroski might be released on a $150,000 surety bond if the trial is postponed, but she would be under home arrest and subject to electronic monitoring.
