Jennifer Flores: Florida woman accused of choking ex-BF with gold chain, commands pit bull to attack

FLORIDA: Authorities in Florida claim that a woman tortured her ex-boyfriend by first hurling his clothes around during a fight, then preventing him from leaving her apartment, strangling him with his gold chain, insisting that he hit her until she was bruised, and finally, unleashing the full force of her pit bull, "Wasabi," on him.
On Monday, Jennifer Estella Flores, 34, remained incarcerated at the Flagler County Jail. Affidavits that have been partially redacted and seen, state that at around 12:36 a.m., an officer was enforcing speed limits in the 4600 block of E Moody Blvd.

The victim parked his car next to the officer, got out, and ran for the patrol car. He was covered in blood and had "deep laceration marks" on both forearms. He informed the deputy that he had been attacked by his ex-girlfriend's dog in her nearby apartment.
The man claimed in the documents that his ex-girlfriend Flores had called him earlier in the day to come over, as reported by Law&Crime.
They had been together for eight years and "lived together as a family unit approximately three years ago," so they were no longer in a relationship, but according to state records, they still "mess around" in a sexual way.
Nevertheless, things became violent this time. “He stated that Jennifer was ‘drunk’ and kept bringing up his other relationships as she got on top of him, straddling him in the bed,” authorities wrote.
“During the verbal argument, she got off him, picked up his clothes from the floor, and threw them into her bathroom.”
The defendant allegedly stopped the man from leaving and choked him with the gold chain around his neck when he went to get his belongings. It is said that Flores retreated and removed her shirt.
Deputies wrote, “[The ex-boyfriend] stated that she told him to hit her so she could have bruises also.” According to an affidavit, he attempted to leave by grabbing his clothes with one hand and pushing her to the side with the other.
The documents said, "[The man] then stated Jennifer told her dog, a black Pitbull named ‘Wasabi’ to get him." There was a lot of blood in the living room as the pit bull attacked the man's arms and legs after she allegedly grabbed him.
Jennifer Flores is being held on a $50,000 bond
The victim claimed that the dog attack had left him unable to feel his arm. His injuries prevented him from writing a statement.
When law enforcement officers got to Flores' nearby apartment, they described a heated situation. She left at first, then came back, and when they introduced themselves, she did not respond.
Even after a deputy attempted to reach them through the back sliding glass door, there was still no response.
They stated, "Jennifer eventually came to the front door only covered in a blue blanket. Jennifer was extremely argumentative and kept talking over law enforcement."
It was said that she admitted to drinking. According to documents, she tried to walk back inside and refused to speak with the authorities when they tried to explain why they were there.
They said that an officer had grabbed her arm to stop her. According to documents, she spoke over the authorities when they tried to get her to put on her clothes, NewsFinale reported.
They wrote that she eventually denied touching her ex and repeatedly interrupted the official when he attempted to read her Miranda rights. It is said that even after they turned Flores over to jail deputies, she continued to speak.
Blood spatter, according to investigators, was discovered all over the front door's bottom. Additionally, there was rubbing alcohol close to the blood and blood on the living room floor.
There was a black pit bull in a cage by the front door. She is being held on a $50,000 bond and is accused of three counts of false imprisonment, one count of aggravated battery domestic and one count of aggravated strangulation domestic.
She is accused of locking two individuals, one of whom is her son, in a bathroom while police were responding to the apartment, which is the basis for two of those false imprisonment counts.
