HOUSTON, TEXAS: Disturbing video footage captures the moment a deranged woman drove her car into a man, backed over him, and proceeded to kiss his lifeless body then stabbed him repeatedly.

Authorities have identified the suspect as 20-year-old Karon Fisher who is described in court documents as a man, but is referred to as a "she" by the Houston Police Department.

Eyewitness News was able to obtain footage of a white vehicle that sped down the road and appeared to swerve in order to strike 64-year-old Steven Anderson as he was heading to pick up the mail in his Houston neighborhood on May 3.

Karon Fisher stabbed Steven Anderson nine times

Anderson was pushed further down the street when the car retreated and struck him a second time.

In a flash, frantic witnesses entered the frame; some took out their phones, and another came outside carrying a pillow, which they seemed to cover Anderson's body with.

The driver abruptly reappeared on the scene, turned Anderson's body over, kissed him, and straddled him before stabbing him nine times, according to the New York Post.

Police said that as horrified onlookers watched, Fisher—who was wearing a black bra and high-waisted black shorts—then attempted to get into another vehicle.

Authorities said that she walked over Anderson's body and fled the scene on foot after being unable to get into the car.

“It’s very disturbing. I have kids here; they could have been out here playing, and imagine them,” one neighbor told Eyewitness News. “Broad daylight. People around every time and it happened right under our noses,” another added.

Karon Fisher is facing several charges including murder

According to Harris County records, Fisher was eventually taken into custody and charged with murder, eluding arrest with a car, and assaulting medical staff.

In accordance with court documents, the suspect is a man, but police referred to her as a woman, as reported by Eyewitness News. She was under community supervision at the time of her arrest earlier this month for eluding capture in 2023.

According to Eyewitness News, Fisher was also accused of prostitution in 2021, but the case was dropped.

Her next court date is May 24.
