LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kelly Osbourne revealed how easy it was for her to get addictive drugs from doctors as a 13-year-old in TMZ Studios' bombshell documentary, 'TMZ Investigates Matthew Perry and the Secret Celebrity Drug Ring', which premieres on Hulu on Tuesday, September 17.

The beloved 'Friends' actor was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his Los Angeles home on October 28, 2023. An autopsy revealed high levels of ketamine, a powerful anesthetic, led to Perry's accidental drowning.

Last month, five people, including two doctors, were charged in connection with his death. Prosecutors claimed that the defendants "took advantage of Mr Perry's addiction issues."

Kelly Osbourne was able to score drugs like Vicodin from doctors as a teen

Kelly Osbourne apparently managed to obtain Vicodin and Oxycodone from multiple Hollywood doctors. Shockingly, her parents Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne, were never informed about the prescriptions.

Even more alarming, the singer was able to fill these prescriptions at pharmacies without any parental supervision.

Talking about her rehab stints, Kelly said, "First rehab I went to was like university on how to be a better drug addict. I'd learned so many tricks, so many things that I never even thought of from my fellow addicts that were in there. I'd also seen people threaten to leave until they got given what they wanted…"

The 39-year-old first went to rehab when she was 19. She has been to rehab seven times over the years.

She added, "It's not a quick fix. It's not gonna take you to the gates of Hell and make you see yourself and bring you back to earth as a new person."

The TMZ documentary delves into how doctors, enablers, and even rehab centers contribute to celebrity addiction, often leading to tragic outcomes.

The investigation into Matthew Perry’s death led to the arrest of five individuals, the actor's live-in personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, two doctors, Dr Mark Chavez and Dr Salvador Plasencia, and "Ketamine Queen" Jasveen Sangha

Sangha is accused of running a massive drug operation that supplied illegal substances to the rich and famous, including Perry. The 41-year-old, alongside Dr Plasencia, faces a slew of charges ranging from conspiracy to distribute ketamine to maintaining a drug-involved premise.

Her trial is set for March 2025 and she could face life in prison if convicted.

Despite the heavy allegations, her attorney, Mark Geragos, has publicly denied her connection to Perry, claiming, "People try to make her out to be something that she isn't but there's a whole different side here and story to be told and that will be told at her trial," during an explosive chat on September 4 episode of 'TODAY' show, as per Daily Mail

Investigators revealed Perry had been undergoing ketamine therapy for depression, but had sought illegal supplies of the drug, which ultimately led to his fatal overdose.

Dr Chavez and Iwamasa pleaded guilty in the case.
