Watson went down in pain after attempting to run with the ball, causing concern on the field.
However, the Browns’ faithful responded with boos, which did not sit well with James.

The Los Angeles Lakers superstar, who has a deep connection with Cleveland, took to social media to express his frustration with the reaction.
James has spent 11 seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers and grew up in Akron, Ohio.
“Cleveland Fans! Y’all know how much we’ve been thru throughout the years both good, bad, and indifferent. With that being said booing anyone that’s down with an injury let alone your own player is LAME AF!! To the ones who didn’t (salute emoji)," LeBron James posted on X.

Watson, after being examined, was diagnosed with a ruptured Achilles and is expected to miss the rest of the season, according to Fox News.
Deshaun Watson faces allegations of misconduct with women
Second-year quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson entered the game after Deshaun Watson’s exit while Winston was listed as the emergency quarterback in the Browns’ 21-14 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Watson, who joined the Browns in 2022 under a fully guaranteed five-year, $230 million contract, has faced a turbulent few years both on and off the field.
He was suspended for 11 games in 2022 following accusations of misconduct by more than two dozen women.
Another lawsuit was filed against him for assault and battery in Houston in September. Watson has also struggled this season as the Browns at 1-6.
