NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: During the December 15 episode of 'The Megyn Kelly Show,' the conservative commentator slammed beer brand Bud Light for not issuing an apology for their partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney back in April 2023.

The hosts of 'The Ruthless Podcast' - Josh Holmes, Comfortably Smug, Michael Duncan, and John Ashbrook - joined Kelly as she called out musician Kid Rock and CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Dana White, for not boycotting the company.

Rock has apparently ended his feud with Bud Light, while White has secured a sponsorship deal from the company. While the two may be over the issue, Kelly claimed that she believes many are still “deeply offended” by the company.

“This is like the only successful boycott that Republicans have ever engaged in," she stated. "It’s the only time they’ve stuck together and actually been heard. And because Kid Rock and Dana White want to give it up, we’re supposed to all surrender our principles now."

Megyn Kelly says Kid Rock is 'wrong' for stopping boycott

"I like Kid Rock. I actually do. I like the guy, but he’s wrong. He can do what he wants. If he wants to drink a Bud Light he can — he does not speak for the rest of us," said Kelly, before continuing to go after the company.

"Many of us are still deeply offended by that brand's partnership with the person who makes his living mocking women, Dylan Mulvaney. Not to mention what they said about their core audience and customer base, which is that they’ve gotten ‘too fratty’ and they want to get away from them. Like, just who at Bud Light thinks that we do what Kid Rock tells us to?”

Kelly raged on that Dana White received "$100 million for giving it up — for bending the knee to (Bud Light)."

“To me, it’s just absurd that Bud Light won’t f***ing apologize, but will pay $100 million to the fighter guy so that the rest of us will bend the knee. You bend the knee, sir. You bend the knee!” she added.

Chris Rock and Dana White's stance on Bud Light

Rock had appeared on Tucker Carlson’s X (formerly Twitter) show earlier in December, where he shared that the company had got “the message” from boycotters, and emphasized that it was time to move forward.

On the other hand, Dana White revealed in October that Bud Light will be the official beer for UFC, as a part of a massive partnership with their parent company, Anheuser-Busch.

"Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light were UFC’s original beer sponsors more than fifteen years ago. I’m proud to announce we are back in business together,” White said in a statement.

“There are many reasons why I chose to go with Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light, most importantly because I feel we are very aligned when it comes to our core values and what the UFC brand stands for. I’m looking forward to all of the incredible things we will do in the years ahead."
