Nathan Wade shredded after consultant interrupts interview about relationship timeline with Fani Willis
WASHINGTON, DC: When Nathan Wade was questioned by CNN about the timing of his relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, his media consultant interrupted the interview, according to The Hill.
During an interview on 'The Source' on Wednesday, June 11, CNN's Kaitlan Collins questioned Nathan Wade about when his romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis began. Wade was interrupted mid-response by someone CNN identified as his media consultant.

Wade's consultant interrupts the interview when asked about his relationship timeline
Wade claimed to be "signaled here" as he turned away from the camera mid-response. His mic was removed, and he stepped aside, appearing to converse with his media consultant. In the background, someone shouted, "Keep rolling."
When he returned to his seat, Collins asked if everything was "OK" and then repeated the question. She said, "Just to revisit, I wanted to clarify when the romantic relationship started and when it ended."
Wade replied, "I believe that the public has through, through the testimony and other interviews, the public has a clear snapshot that this is clearly just a distraction. It is not a relevant issue in this case. And I think that we should be focusing on more of the facts and the indictment of the case."
Notably, Collins retorted that the Court of Appeals of Georgia may hear the matter about his connection.
Interestingly, in October, the appeals court may hear arguments in support of former President Donald Trump's request to have Willis dropped from the case she filed against him for alleged election meddling.
Last week, the appeals court halted Trump's criminal trial while it considered his request to have Willis dismissed from the case.
Steve Sadow, Trump’s lead Georgia defense attorney, said in a statement at the time, "The Georgia Court of Appeals has properly stayed all proceedings against President Trump in the trial court pending its decision on our interlocutory appeal, which argues the case should be dismissed and Fulton County DA Willis should be disqualified for her misconduct."
Notably, Wade left his position in March. According to a decision made by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAffee, if Wade resigned, Willis would continue to work on the case.
