NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: President Joe Biden discussed the issue of reducing prescription drug costs on Thursday at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

However, while delivering his remarks, he seemed to encounter some challenges, including occasional instances of slurring and difficulty.

In response to this development, Fox News host Sean Hannity went on X (formerly Twitter) to deliver a harsh criticism of POTUS and mock him online.

Apparently, several X users also mocked Biden and slammed him on Hannity’s tweet.

Hannity’s tweet presented an article from his official website titled, “JOE STRUGGLES: Biden Fumbles Through Remarks on Prescription Drug Costs [WATCH].”

In the article, he posted several tweets featuring Joe Biden's speech at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, highlighting reported challenging moments and instances of slurring.

This development followed The White House's recent revelation of 48 drugs, aiming to provide hundreds of thousands of older Americans the opportunity to pay less for certain outpatient drug treatments.

Biden said during his visit to Bethesda, “For years, there’s been no check on how high or how fast big pharma can raise drug prices. Let’s call this for what it is – it simply is a rip-off. They’re ripping off Medicare. They’re ripping off the American people. We’re now fighting back.”

Internet dubs Joe Biden as ‘oatmeal brain’

After Sean Hannity mocked Joe Biden for slurring words during pharmaceutical drug costs speech, many X users also slammed POTUS.

One person wrote, “Past his nap!!” and another added, “He fumbles through everything.”

An X user simply slammed Biden adding, “He is failing quickly.  Dementia has no bounds as it affects all different types of people. Joe has had all the symptoms for years, but no one calls it for what it is. Shame on all of them. I know symptoms firsthand (my mom), and he is in a swift decline. We deserve better!”

One more person mocked Biden, saying, “Sounds like a good name for a tv 📺 show 'Joe's Struggles,'” and another said, “He’s totally lost here, it’s getting really sad, it's embarrassing for America.”
