LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'That's So Raven' actor Orlando Brown was kicked out on Sunday night, January 28, while having dinner at the popular celebrity restaurant Tao Los Angeles, following an odd outburst regarding the devil.

Brown was seen on camera berating a waiter, referring to the worker as notorious serial killer Richard Ramirez, and labeling the employee a 'child molester' during the explosive outburst, per footage obtained by TMZ.

Eyewitnesses claimed that Brown's misconduct at his table set the stage for the entire event. He was yelling at other customers, per the outlet, and when staff tried to calm him down, he lost it—a lot of which is shown in the video obtained.

Everything seemed regular in Tao until other patrons saw Brown getting rowdy at his table and then he projected his strange indignation onto other patrons.

"Satan, get behind me. It's me, Jesus. Get the f–k out of here, Satan," the 36-year-old began to scream.

Soon after, Brown was ejected from the posh restaurant, which made him yell, "I am Satan and Lucifer’s son. F--- everybody."

The outlet was informed by several diners that Brown started acting strangely at his table and screamed at other customers, which is when the incident erupted. Staff rushed to his table in an attempt to calm him down, but Brown lost it.

Orlando Brown earlier battled mental health, substance abuse, and criminal record

The 'Major Payne' actor has battled mental health, substance abuse, and a criminal record for years before experiencing his most recent breakdown.

Brown was taken into custody in June 2018 on felony narcotics possession charges in Las Vegas. When he was arrested, his mugshot showed that he had a tattoo of his former co-star, Raven-Symoné, per Page Six.

A few months later, Brown was arrested again in Sin City for larceny when he was seen on camera trying to alter the locks of Danny Boy's long-gone establishment, Legends Restaurant & Venue.

Due to the arrests, Brown was imprisoned for several weeks. When he was freed, he'd said he was starting over.

In 2020, he revealed, "My name is Orlando Brown from That’s So Raven fame. I had had some struggles in the past … involving substances like crystal meth and marijuana, not to mention an unhealthy attachment to the internet."

Brown then spent six months at a free residential program in Texas, which was established with the express purpose of assisting men in overcoming homelessness, addiction, and other related issues.

Brown pledged to change, but in December 2022, he was arrested again on suspicion of domestic abuse. While under house arrest, he entered a guilty plea.

Brown entered a not-guilty plea while under home arrest, but his lawyer insisted that he be evaluated mentally.
