Amy Robach and TJ Holmes were axed from 'GMA' after their affair was exposed in December 2022

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former ‘Good Morning America’ stars Amy Robach and TJ Holmes are set for success if a Public Relations expert from Los Angeles is to be believed.

In an interview with The US Sun, Eric Schiffer, a PR expert and chairman of the Los Angeles-based firm Reputation Management Consultants, noted that both Amy and TJ are exceptionally "talented" and possess "natural charisma with one another."

The duo announced their podcast together on November 1 while making their relationship official on Instagram.

For now, the podcast titled ‘Amy & TJ’ is expected to air on the iHeartRadio app and all other places where podcasts are heard.

PR Expert reveals biggest reasons for Amy Robach and TJ Holmes’ podcast success

In a more recent post, the former ‘GMA’ stars teased that they would be sharing more about their romance upon the podcast's launch.

The caption of the post read, "Why yes, we will be serving tea..." Robach was likely alluding to the fact that both she and Holmes were married to other individuals when their affair commenced in 2022.

Now, PR expert Eric Schiffer has said that Robach and Holmes' podcast is the "best interim move" for the duo.

"It [the podcast] allows them to revive the spark of chemistry that so many were fascinated by as well as that interplay that they had which is powerful for audiences," Schiffer said.

"I would expect them to do fairly well based upon the booking of guests and how well they distribute their message and promote it to get traction," he further stated.

Schiffer revealed that the timing of the podcast couldn’t have been better but the duo will have to work hard to stay relevant.

“They still want to maintain relevancy and it may also be some restrictions being lifted on what they can’t do on their contract settlement," he explained.

They’re probably released from competing issues per the settlement and they can now start promoting the future of their media empire. They’re both very talented at what they do,” he added.

Schiffer also stated that Robach and Holmes’ success also depends on the guests they book and how they promote the podcast.

“That’s why a team around them will really matter. Without a team, this could face a crippling set of obstacles. But I suspect that they understand that and they’re not going to allow the show to live on a powder keg.”

PR Expert speaks about Amy Robach and TJ Holmes’ ‘natural charisma’

Schiffer revealed that Robach and Holmes exhibit a "captivating natural charisma with each other that resonates with audiences."

“Audiences can see the two are in love,” he said.

"It’s what caused them to maintain a hold on audiences during this last scandal and will be their weapon to drive success in addition to their talents as professionals in the news business," he added.

Schiffer stressed that charisma alone has its limitations. The key factors for sustained success will depend on production quality and effective promotion.

“They have to go out and earn them and that comes from great content and chemistry and guests, and then really strong promotion,” he explained.
