BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS: Lil Xan is reportedly under police investigation following a violent altercation during his recent appearance at Royale nightclub in Boston.

The incident seemingly occurred last week on Friday night or early Saturday morning of November 24, when the rapper attacked a man in the crowd.

Lil Xan's violent frenzy at nightclub

TMZ has acquired a video that captures Lil Xan, whose real name is Nicholas "Diego" Leanos, interacting with audience members, then swinging his microphone at a man's face, causing him to fall.

When the man stood up, Xan proceeded to kick him in the head, until others stepped in.

The video does not seem to capture the man throwing any punches at the rapper. Yet, from a different perspective, it shows the man making an obscene gesture at Xan before the assault.

Sources told the outlet that security called at the scene attempted to detain Xan, but he fled the scene before they could stop him.

It said that law enforcement was called to the nightclub shortly after 1.30 am on Saturday.

A witness reported that the attack was "unprompted," which was then communicated to the police, as reported by the outlet.

The man reportedly declined medical attention on the scene. Authorities also stated that Xan allegedly assaulted two other individuals while leaving the club.

Lil Xan’s assault follows previous legal trouble involving Anthony Sanchez

This incident adds to Lil Xan’s recent legal issues. Last month, he was ordered to pay $27,823.89 in damages to Anthony Sanchez over a separate altercation.

In 2020, Xan and Sanchez got into a heated argument at a Los Angeles 7-Eleven about the rapper’s comments on Tupac Shakur, which were making waves online at the time.

During the dispute, Sanchez allegedly called Xan a "b***h," prompting the rapper to pull out a firearm and wave it repeatedly in Sanchez's direction as per TMZ.

Sanchez later filed a lawsuit claiming he feared for his life. Since Xan failed to respond to the complaint and the court ruled in Sanchez’s favor by default.

Cops are actively searching for Lil Xan following assault

The current investigation remains ongoing, with police actively seeking Lil Xan for the recent assault at the nightclub, the report said.

TMZ reported that cops were told he assaulted two more persons at the scene, following which the police initiated an investigation.

However, according to the report, he remains at large.
