CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: Lisa Miller, the grieving mother of Samantha Miller, a 34-year-old bride who tragically lost her life in a car crash after her wedding reception in April, has shared her emotional journey in a courageous TikTok video,

Lisa not only expressed profound grief over the untimely death of her daughter but also disclosed the added challenge of feeling "bullied" in the aftermath of the devastating accident.

The heartbreaking incident occurred in Folly Beach, South Carolina, where Samantha and her newlywed husband, Aric Hutchinson, were struck by an alleged drunk driver while riding in a golf cart.

The collision resulted in injuries to Hutchinson and two others, with Samantha declared dead at the scene.

In the clip, she recounted the challenging moment of removing Samantha's phone number from her emergency contacts, describing it as deeply impactful. She expressed that it felt like a separation all over again, stating, "It tore my a** up."

Lisa, while shedding tears, conveyed, "I thought some of you might have wanted to get a clearer understanding that grief sometimes is not something you can control."

"Nothing has to happen sometimes, and it just kinda like comes over you. The positive thing and why I come on here and be vulnerable with you all is that crying is therapeutic, crying is releasing it. It's okay to feel your emotions and especially in a situation like this, but really, all the time."

According to the Daily Mail, Lisa added a caption to her TikTok video, expressing, "I never thought that if I ever lost my child, I would be bullied on top of the grief that I suffer."

Accompanying the message was a poignant image of a solitary figure walking through a picturesque mountainous landscape, complemented by a segment of 'I'll Stand By You' by The Pretenders.

A quote was overlaid on the image, stating, ''Dear Sam, In the end, people will judge you anyway. Don't live your life impressing others. Live your life impressing yourself."

Lisa Miller initiates court proceedings against Aric Hutchinson

According to a report in the Messenger, Lisa finds herself entangled in a legal dispute with Hutchinson, contesting his position as the representative of her daughter's estate after her tragic death.

Tensions escalated when Hutchinson settled with three local restaurants, alleging their over-service to Jamie Lee Komoroski, the alleged drunk driver, in the critical hours leading up to the fatal crash.

According to details from the Messenger, Lisa took action by filing a motion earlier this year to intervene in the lawsuit. Her filing raised concerns about potential fraud and conflicts of interest, questioning Hutchinson's suitability as the administrator of her daughter's estate.

Lisa specifically highlighted the suspicious timing of probate paperwork filed "prior to her burial" and cast doubt on the validity of Samantha and Hutchinson's marriage.

In response to Lisa's legal motion, Hutchinson's legal team countered by asserting his rightful representation of Samantha's assets.

They cited Samantha's unfortunate demise without a will (intestate) and underscored his appointment as the Personal Representative of Samantha's Estate by the Charleston County Probate Court, addressing Lisa's reservations.
