SEATTLE, WASHINGTON: Two teenagers, ages 13 and 15, were taken into custody by Seattle police in connection with several intentional hit-and-run incidents.

The startling events happened on November 26 and involved the targeting of two innocent bystanders.

The horrifying video, which was shot from inside the car, shows the occupants yelling, "Hit this b**ch," just before they purposefully hit a woman.

Police have been searching for two accused minors

Although it's unclear how the police got their hands on the kids' video, it has taken them months to find them. Police claim that after striking their victims with "serious injuries" in a stolen car, the two minors, who have not yet been named, fled the scene.

This week, the two were placed under arrest at the Judge Patricia H Clark Children and Family Justice Center.

To locate the two, police made surveillance footage of the December incidents available. In the video of the initial incident, a woman is seen crossing the street, and the car is aimed at her before she crosses.

The unsettling behavior is then made apparent from within the vehicle, where the occupants can be heard yelling and laughing at one another while they seem to enjoy toppling an unwary bystander. The victim was helped by multiple people who stopped to help, before she was carried to the passenger side of someone's car, according to the Seattle Police Department.

Drivers shot the video from inside the stolen car

One of the passengers can be heard saying, "Hit this b**** hit this b****," in cellphone footage taken from inside the vehicle, just before the vehicle struck the woman who was walking close to the corner, according to Daily Mail

A few blocks away from the first incident, in the second one, the driver was seen aiming the car at another pedestrian who was crossing a bus lane after the sidewalk was blocked off for construction.

Once more, the car's driver aims straight at the pedestrian, hitting them from behind and taking away their opportunity to dodge the impact.

There's a loud thump as their body collides with the car's hood, sending them soaring over the roof.

At the time, police stated that the victims would have "suffered serious injury" based on the car's speed. Investigators searched local hospitals in an effort to find the victims.

The two victims came forward and confirmed that they had been injured as a result of the hit-and-runs after the videos were distributed to media outlets,

SPD detectives found both vehicles used in the assaults had been stolen and were later recovered after searching for two months to find the teens responsible for the crimes.

Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Tamara Fundrella found probable cause for two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of felony hit and run with injury and possession of a stolen vehicle for the 15-year-old boy's alleged actions. The court found probable cause for two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of taking a motor vehicle without permission, for the 13-year-old girl.

Both teens will be kept in juvenile detention, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
