NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Pop star Selena Gomez is being called out by her fans on social media after she paid a homeless man in New York City $20 on Tuesday, October 15, reported the Daily Mail.

According to the publication, the 32-year-old singer-actress is presently worth $1.3 billion. She was leaving the fine dining restaurant, Nobu Fifty Seven when she made the gesture after taking pictures and signing autographs for fans.

In a video of the interaction shared by TMZ, Gomez was also heard telling the man to "have a good meal."
