The View's Ana Navarro denounces her best friend's shocking behavior, threatens to 'spank him' after he embarrasses her

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Ana Navarro, co-host of ‘The View’, humorously vowed to give her best friend Lee Brian Schrager a playful spanking after he admitted on Instagram to an action that he knew would displease her.

Navarro threatened her friend by putting up an Instagram story writing, “I’m gonna spank him!”

This came following Lee Brian Schrager’s clip of himself admitting hilariously that he took a stack of 30 napkins from the White House.

In a brief video snippet, Lee Brian Schrager was seated at a table, showcasing a bundle of napkins as he was counting them. The napkins, it turned out, had been taken from the White House.

Evidently, he had visited the White House recently and decided to help himself to some napkins.

In the caption accompanying the video, Schrager humorously remarked, "The Devil made me do it. What better signifies the holiday season than pilfered cocktail napkins from @whitehouse?"

He playfully suggested that these napkins would make a perfect holiday gift for his friends, along with another year of his unwavering friendship.

In a lighthearted aside, he added, "Don't tell @ananavarrofl, I think I embarrassed her enough in the Candy room."

Unsurprisingly, Navarro didn't let Lee's actions slip by unnoticed. Sharing a video on her Instagram stories, she humorously remarked, "I'm gonna spank him," in response to Schrager’s antics.

Ana Navarro slams ‘The View’ producer Brian Teta

During a recent episode of ‘The View: Behind the Table podcast’, Ana Navarro expressed her dissatisfaction with the experience and directed some pointed remarks at the show's producer, Brian Teta.

The podcast captured Navarro’s candid thoughts as Teta claimed that the two had just returned from taping what he called 'The View Pooch Pageant', saying that they "can't give anything away right now."

"Why are we even talking about this?" Navarro quipped at the start of the episode when Teta inquired about her thoughts on the segment.

"You have nothing to say," Teta replied, attempting to prompt more details from Navarro. In response, an annoyed-sounding Navarro accused Teta of mistreating her dog, ChaCha.

"Well, I think you're a traitor. I think Sara [Haines] is even worse. I will never ever let you hold ChaCha again, and I will instruct her to do number one and two in your office," Navarro snapped.

Teta, undeterred, teased upcoming content for the next week. "Alright, well, hey, that's a preview of what we've got coming up next week," he informed listeners.

Navarro continued to express her discontent, feeling that ChaCha, who was present during the podcast, hadn't received the proper treatment.

"You realize that we went back and forth to LA yesterday. This poor dog was on a plane for 10 hours to come and be your plaything," Navarro complained.

"I think ChaCha did a great job," Teta reassured, but Navarro dismissed his words with a sharp "Shut up."

Teta then teased listeners about the contest's outcome involving the dogs. "We're not gonna say who won or lost. It could've been ChaCha," he said.

"ChaCha, he lies. He means nothing," Navarro said to her pup, telling Teta, "Your words are hollow," as she concluded her rant.

Teta informed the audience that the special segment would air on Friday, December 8, leaving listeners curious about the upcoming content.
