In May 2023, it was revealed that she would not return for 'Bad Boys 4' and was replaced by actress Tasha Smith. Concerns about her health were raised earlier this year after a video of her using a walker went viral.

Theresa Randle's concerning video

Publicist Roger Neal, who represented Theresa Randle over a decade ago, commented on the viral footage, saying, "That's definitely her. 100 percent."

Neal told Radar Online that despite receiving inquiries about her, he no longer has up-to-date contact information for her.

In the video, Randle is seen sitting in a walker, wearing a Disneyland sweater and disposable gloves, while talking with locals.

Neal couldn’t confirm whether she was homeless, adding that “she didn’t appear to be in a 'bad way' simply based on the video."

However, someone online claimed she was using the walker due to a broken femur and was downtown helping the Skid Row community. "People are so rude and always pass judgment not even knowing the situation," they added, as per Daily Mail.
