Internet rages as TI and wife Tiny Harris are slapped with sexual assault lawsuit by Air Force vet

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rapper TI and his wife, Tiny Harris, face a lawsuit filed by an Air Force veteran who alleges she was sexually assaulted in a hotel room in 2005 after a night of partying at a club. 

As per court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claimed she was drugged during the attack. The lawsuit contends that Tiny encouraged the victim to take a sip from a drink, leaving her incapacitated.

The legal filing also points to a history of sexual assault allegations against TI and Tiny, stating, "Defendants TI and Tiny have an infamous reputation for drugging, kidnapping, false imprisoning, raping and assaulting women and forcing them to engage in sexual acts with the couple for their own sexual gratification."

"Defendants TI and Tiny have also been known to threaten individuals with violence, even having brandished a gun to a former employee who also experienced sexual assault by the couple," added the filing. 

The plaintiff claims she met TI at a nightclub, where Tiny suggested she taste from her drink. The couple then invited her to their hotel room, where she was apparently coerced into an uncomfortable oil massage.

"Plaintiff began to feel sick, disgusted, and nauseated," after TI allegedly assaulted her with his foot, as per the complaint. The woman, who accused TI and Tiny of sexual battery and false imprisonment, claimed she vomited and passed out on a couch before waking up the next morning feeling sore. 

The court documents continued, "Plaintiff was crying, and the security guard told her she needed to leave," and he reportedly then grabbed her clothing, with the exception of her underwear, and escorted her out of TI and Tiny’s room.

As stated in the documents, "Plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer great emotional distress and was prevented and will continue to be prevented from performing daily activities and obtaining the full enjoyment of life."

Notably, the couple has faced multiple sexual assault allegations in various states, including Georgia, California, Nevada, and Florida, and has been the subject of criminal investigations for alleged attacks between 2005 and 2018, according to an investigation by the Daily Beast.

In their statement to TMZ, TI and Tiny stated, "On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations."

They further said, "For THREE years, we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we've maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again."

"Our position is clear...We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court," asserted the couple. 

Internet reacts strongly to sexual assault allegations against TI and Tiny Harris

Soon after the sexual assault lawsuit filed against TI and his wife, Tiny, came to light, the Internet couldn't couldn't hold back from commenting with their shocking reactions. 

One wrote, "Yikes! I wonder if they did this to other people. SMFH," while another wrote, "It's really crazy to me how celebrities think they can get away with anything. If this is true I hope she gets her justice."

A person remarked, "These two are a menace fr," while someone else sighed, "Why do celebs do these things."

An individual expressed, "Disturbing allegations. The lawsuit against T.I. and Tiny raises serious concerns. It's essential that these accusations are thoroughly investigated, ensuring justice and support for the victim."
