NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce appeared on the December 26 episode of 'Fox & Friends' to discuss the lack of acceptance of President Joe Biden's economic policies by Americans.

The segment started with a clip that showed Biden responding to a question about his outlook on the economy for the upcoming year.

"All good. Take a look," said the president on Saturday, December 23, before telling the journalist, "Start reporting it the right way."

A year-end poll revealed that only 39% of Americans approve of the incumbent president's economic agenda, shared host Carley Shimkus before welcoming Bruce on the show.

Tammy Bruce calls Joe Biden 'unedited'

Commenting on the President's statements, Bruce said that Biden made a slip by telling the media to cover the topic properly.

Bruce, referring to the statement, said, "So you heard two things there. You heard what they're saying privately, which is the media's not covering it right. And his other mistake, it's like he's unedited, that's kind of good sometimes - we learn what they [the President's team] are discussing," she stated.

"He then says the line that he is supposed to say, which is 'Everything is great.' But the fact is, Americans know it is not," Bruce continued.

"When they talk about coverage, it also reveals that they're really out of touch with day-to-day life experiences," she added, bringing in the topic of inflation to support her statement, mentioning how "core inflation" is down, but the rent is increasing.

Tammy Bruce advises Biden admin to 'be honest'

"What Americans are frustrated at is being ignored through this kind of lying by omission about our day-to-day experiences," she shared, adding that the government still believes if the media "covered it right," the people would believe them.

Bruce then pointed out, "That's not happening. Maybe you can do it about the Middle East because we are not there every day, maybe you could do it about something else like global warming, which you can't really define, but you can't do it about our pocketbooks."

Tammy Bruce claims young Americans are moving toward Donald Trump

Bringing up the topic of student loan debts, Shimkus stated that even though Biden has canceled around $132 billion worth of debt, polling shows that "young people do not think it is enough."

Bruce then explained that the cancellation of student loans signaled an "entitlement issue," as she pointed out that "young people are going not just to an alternate democracy but to Trump."

She claimed that the Democrats have reinforced the rhetoric, "I did not get my money's worth. I deserve to be repaid, I deserve a refund," in an effort to "buy the votes," but it turned out to be insufficient for the purpose due to "problems in other areas."
