NASHVILLE, ILLINOIS: Alexia N Willie, 47, was charged in US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois with 14 felony counts of interstate communication of a threat to injure, reported the Daily Mail.

Born Jason Lee Willie, she identifies herself as a trans woman, and allegedly modeled her threats after Audrey Hale, the transgender Nashville Christian Covenant School shooter, who opened fire and killed three adults and three children back on March 27.

Charges were filed against Willie on November 7, and include threats to kill and rape children, inject people with HIV, and target Black people.

What threats did Alexia Willie allegedly issue?

As per her indictment records, Willie sent a message from Illinois to Virginia, saying, "We're out here walking into your school, shooting your children, and I'm going to tell you right now, I'm gonna be one of them and the FBI isn't gonna stop me, but I'm gonna kill your children out here."

She did not clarify who "we" referred to.

In an online video call, Willie allegedly called himself a pedophile and threatened to rape children.

"I catch your daughters in them bathrooms alone, I am gonna f**k them. I mean I am gonna f**k f**k them until they're dead. I'm openly a pedophile…You can't do nothing about us. You can cry. Cry. Put me on national television, I don't care. I'm transgender, I'm in the bathroom raping your f**k daughters and I'm openly letting you guys know this. The Republican Party, what are you f****ts going to do about us?"

Willie's threats also included injecting HIV into people wearing crosses, and targeting the Black population.

"I catch you b*****s out here with a cross around your neck in that restroom, you better know we’re going to hit you with a f**king syringe," she is accused of saying.

"They're trash, they're Christian trash. They're transphobic, they're homophobic. They're no different than the f**king white supremacists. That's exactly who the f**k they are. Listen, Dave Chappelle and all the Blacks out here, all the Black people out here talking about trannies and s**t, they ain't no different than the white supremacists either. You all bow to the same cross."

Alexia Willie allegedly celebrated the Nashville school shooting in March 2023

"A person in Tennessee walked into one of your schools and shot up a bunch of your Christian daughters. That's not the last of them if you don't shut your f**king mouth," she stated, according to the indictment.

"There's a lot of transgenders out here that are tired of being picked on and we're going to go into the schools and we're going to kill their f**king children out here, and that's the end of it. We're at war. Let me put a bullet in your head," she allegedly added.

The trial date for Willie has been set for January 16, 2024. She has been released on $0 bond multiple times, under the Illinois' SAFE-T Act, reported the Mail.
