WASHINGTON, DC: On Thursday, Trump advisor Jason Miller appeared on CNN 'This Morning' and faced challenging questions about a controversial Truth Social post by Donald Trump.

According to the Daily Beast, the former president's post featured a screenshot of a younger Kamala Harris smiling next to Hillary Clinton, with a caption reading, “Funny how blowjobs impacted both their careers differently.”

CNN's Kasie Hunt presses Trump advisor Jason Miller on controversial post

CNN anchor Kasie Hunt directly questioned Jason Miller about the reposted comment: “What would you say to the vice president of the United States about the comment that [Trump] reposted?”

Miller responded, “Well, I saw the social media post. I have not discussed that with the president. I don’t know if the president even saw the comment that was on there or simply the picture.”

Miller quickly pivoted to accuse Democrats of attacking Trump with increased vitriol. He asserted, “The attacks that have been levied by Kamala Harris’ campaign and by Harris’ allies against President Trump — not just recently but over the past year and a half, two years, ever since he came down the escalator, quite frankly—in the case of many leftist-centered people, have been quite horrific.”

Kasie Hunt challenges Jason Miller on criticisms of Donald Trump

Kasie Hunt then asked Jason Miller if he thought the criticisms against Donald Trump were “as horrific” as the image the Republican presidential nominee had reposted. Miller replied, “Oh, a hundred times worse.”

Hunt pointed out that the criticisms had not been “sexual in nature in this way,” to which Miller reiterated, “Again, I haven’t discussed that with the president. I don’t know if the president even saw the comment that was on there. That’s not something that I have asked.”

The explicit nature of the comment, which took up a significant portion of the image, makes it highly unlikely that Trump intended to share merely a picture of Harris and Clinton without the accompanying text.

The post aligns with a persistent narrative among Trump supporters accusing Harris of advancing her career through sexual means.

Donald Trump's history of sexist attacks on Kamala Harris

This is not the first time Donald Trump has shared a crude sexual post on Kamala Harris; on August 18, he reposted a parody of Alanis Morissette’s song 'Ironic', which included an innuendo suggesting Harris had “spent her whole damn life down on her knees.”

A few hours later, Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt faced similar scrutiny from CNN’s John Berman. When Berman asked, “You don’t think they’re bad? You have no problem with them?” Leavitt replied, “I didn’t say that, I said I don’t think voters care.” She did not clarify whether she personally had an issue with the post.

By early Thursday afternoon, the original Truth Social post by @Beware_of_penguin that Trump had reshared had been removed, and it no longer appeared on Trump’s feed.
