Adele plans to take a well-deserved break

Apart from dazzling her audience with hit songs, Adele has also been open about her upcoming plans to take a well-deserved break.

In a recent interview with German broadcaster ZDF, she revealed, “My tank is quite empty at the minute,” indicating the toll her intense residency has taken.

Ahead of her 10-date residency in Munich, she spoke about the need to explore new creative pursuits beyond music, stating, "I don’t have any plans for new music at all."

Adele also shared a surprising detail: she rarely sings at home. “You know, I don’t even sing at home at all. How strange is that?” she added, emphasizing how her artistic passion sometimes demands rest and reinvigoration.

The singer, who launched her Las Vegas residency in 2021 shortly after releasing her latest album, has played 90 shows for fans at the 4,000-capacity Caesar’s Palace venue.

The residency, scheduled to end in November, has allowed Adele to build a powerful connection with her audience in a way that feels both personal and overwhelming.

“Even though it’s a very manageable size of crowd, it’s really been an emotional exchange,” she shared, describing the unique atmosphere of the residency.

“I’m sure I’ll feel even more like [that] every night after the shows in Munich. But it’s a positive thing. It’s just such an exchange of energy,” she continued.
